I brought my sons electric scooter tire here to have the tube replaced. First Time I brought the whole scooter in because it was the back tire and I didn’t want to ruin it. I had to leave it with them for a couple days but they were able to fix it. A few months later the front tire wouldn’t hold air so I took it off and tried to replace the tube myself. I quickly found out it was more difficult than it looked. This time I decided to try a different bike shop in citrus park. They were nice but they informed me that they could not repair the tire, I would have to bring it to an auto shop. I remembered Citrus Park Cyclery and brought it to them. They were so nice and helpful. It took them about 15 — 20 minutes to repair it but they didn’t give up. I was told that it was one of the hardest tires to repair. After it was all said and done they wished me a Merry Christmas and said NO CHARGE! It is not often you come across honest hard working and kind companies, but the people at Citrus Park Cyclery are just that. I will never go elsewhere for my scooter/​bicycle needs. They have earned a customer for life!

I recently brought my inherited bike here to attempt to go from almost 20 years hanging in my parents’ garage to fully rideable. In a few days, they gave my bike a tuneup and refitted some pieces. It was a quick, painless, and not too expensive process considering I had originally feared I would need to buy a new one altogether. I went on my first «serious» bike ride just a few minutes after picking it up on the nearby Upper Tampa Bay Trail, and I hope to continue the trend. Although it’s hard for me as a beginner, I can see why biking is a hobby/​way of life for so many people.
The store offers sales, repairs, and everything in between. Not to mention the owner AJ supports other local businesses in the Citrus Park area. If you’re looking for a good local bike shop, try this one.
