CubeSmart Self Storage

The cost to rent here is not cheap. They claim they don’t have a fax machine due to cost so I couldnt get my insurance company to submit my insurance because they charge $ 12 for insurance each month when it’s included in my renter’s insurance. First month for 50% off is not true because they charge for administrators fee and it ends up costing you first month’s anyways. Tried calling customer service about submitting my insurance and she was very unhelpful too… I don’t feel safe with leaving my stuff here

After recently moving to Carrollwood, I needed to find a new storage unit. My search proved to be harder than I initially anticipated. A big hangup with many of the storage providers in the area, was that customers are not provided dumpster access.
Because I receive some pretty large deliveries to my storage unit, I end up compiling quite a bit of trash after sorting through an order. Loading my car up with broken down boxes and hunting down a public dumpster, does not seem very appealing to me, as shocking as that seems.
So to be honest, CubeSmart was not my first choice. But because they offer the courtesy of dumpster use, they won me over! The only thing I wish I could change is to be granted ²⁴⁄₇ access, but I’ll survive.
This storage facility is definitely cleaner and more up to date, than my last one. I also love the fact that they were able to offer me a 1^st floor unit right near the entrance.
I never thought I could be so excited about a storage unit, but boy howdy, I’m pumped about CubeSmart!
