Deerpath On the Lake Apartments

This is a fairly pleasant apartment complex in a nice Carrollwood neighborhood. The community features a golf course across the street and some small restaurants around the corner. Schools are located within five to ten driving minutes.
The staff is pretty friendly and maintenance usually attends to your needs in a few days. There are two pools located in the community, the big one behind the main office and the small one closer to some apartments by the community pond. The pools can get swamped with wasps so wear repellent if you don’t want to get stung. They have a policy on how old people must be to swim alone and they try to monitor people who use the pool with pool passes, though I never have seen anyone check for them.
There is also an empty playground where kids usually play football and a basketball court is located about ten minutes away with a park. The nearest mall is the University Mall, which isn’t the best of the malls in Tampa. You’re also not far from Dale Mabry and some of the other malls like Citrus and the AMC Veterans 24 when you live here.
