Dunkin’ Donuts

I stopped at this Dunkin donuts and tried to order a caramel latte with almond milk, which I order regularly at Dunkin donuts around tampa. The women taking my order told me that they did not carry almond milk at Dunkin Donuts. I explained to here that I have order my coffee with almond milk from another Dunkin donuts just yesterday. She started with a rude attitude and then told me «they stop carrying it a month ago, they must have had some old milk left over.» She went from saying they never have had almond milk in the 2 years she has worked there to them giving me old milk. Awesome. Also, if that were true then they should be providing an option for people who are allergic to dairy to keep our business. Now we know why people have been switching to Starbucks because there employees aren’t rude and do there best to accommodate there consumers needs.

I would not return here. The ceiling was leaking buckets of water all over the place. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and trash cans were so full you couldn’t get anything into them. They were not busy there was only two customers in the shop!

Coffee and I are like 2 peas in a pod… unless it’s from this Dunkin. This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve gone there on my way to work numerous times and they can never get my order right. It’s really not that complicated. Iced coffee with skim milk. I get cream, I get sugar, sometimes I even get a flavor. Oh & I got an attitude today because THEIR scanner for the Dunkin App wasn’t working… oh & THEIR credit card machine was down. Sorry, I don’t carry cash.

Would give zero stars if I could the staff didn’t even acknowledge the long line that was forming as they continue to all work in the back. the staff should have acknowledge the fact that there was a growing line and at least have greeted the line let alone helped them. Definitely never returning here as I had to walk out after waiting about 15 minutes before I finally realized the staff was not going to assist anybody

This location literally NEVER gets my order right and its the closest to me and I’ve been my fair share. I dont know how either! It’s nothing crazy and straight from the menu. The manager is always high and unresponsive. They need to step up their game because I can go behind the counter and make drinks better! If they had all new staff maybe thid location would be a little more bearable.
Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else!

wrong :(I never thought I would have a bad word to say about DnD in my whole life, but the only thing I can’t stand is sugar in my coffee.
I make sure after I say light with cream to emphasize no sugar — twice!
this is the 2^nd time they have sweetened me without my consent :(

I really wanted Starbucks but this was closer. When I walked in I noticed there were no customers and no employees to be found and the place looked like a mess. After a few minutes of waiting a lady (who you can tell did not want to be there) finally approaches the register to take our order. I ordered an unsweetened iced pumpkin coffee, mocha coolata, and pumpkin pie ice cream for my daughter. The lady tells us there coolata machine is broken and they are out of pumpkin pie ice cream. Really? Or are you just lazy to make a coolata and lazy to check in the back for ice cream? But whatever, I really wanted an iced coffee. She gives me my iced pumpkin coffee and GROSS! It was absolutely disgusting! It was an iced coffee and burned my throat because it tasted like cough syrup. I asked her nicely if she can change it to a regular iced coffee instead. She mumbled something to herself saying it is already sweet and didn’t add sugar (I didn’t say anything about my drink being too sweet) but she changed my drink. Second drink was just as bad! She forgot to add cream and had way too much ice. You can tell this lady was having a bad day and did not want to be here. I didn’t bother telling her about my drink and just threw it away in the trash. The store itself was so dirty! Tables were not cleaned, condiments were empty, and coffee beans where everywhere on the floor. This place has bad customer service and dirty! I knew I should of just went to Starbucks!
