Dunkin’ Donuts

I used to frequent this DD since I work close by. Recently, they have run out of just about everything I try and order, I can be the only customer in the drive through or inside and it can take 15 minutes to make my bagel. The staff is so rude, I was called a loser because I was getting my lunch for work and didnt get off until much later in the evening. That was the last time I will be visiting this location and probably won’t be at any DD in the near future. They have lost a very loyal customer.

The only redeeming thing about this place is the coffee. It’s one of only a handful of restaurants near my office so I’ve been many times. The staff are as friendly as any other fast food place but the service moves on a geologic time scale — even if there are only one or two cars there. I have literally waited entire lunch breaks in the drive thru leaving me with five minutes to rush back to the office and eat at my desk… only to open the bag and find the wrong order MULTIPLE times. Sausage croissants turn into bacon bagels, chicken and Tuna salad are interchangeable. They should just replace the menu with a spinning wheel. The milkshakes are all milk and no shake but they get the flavor right so I guess that’s a plus. I’d love to say I’d never go back but they’re in a location with few other choices.

This place is crap. One caveat was the dude at the counter, he was courteous and helpful with a nickel as well… the food on the other hand was poop. I mean I know all they are doing is reheating pre-​made patties and ingredients, so I’d expect you to at least do that right.
As I sat at this location with my Mother, and trying to cover the taste of the atrocity I just took a few bites of (I couldn’t force myself to finish this $ 5.00 piece of crap) with the coffee, she starts to look like she needs to go home. So later on she tells me that the sandwich she had ordered made her feel ill. Thanks DD !

If you go any later than 11am they run out of everything from donuts to bagels. The coffee is good but if you want something to accompany it go elsewhere

Not my favorite DD location. I stopped here on the way to my HOS orientation. The hope was to get myself an iced caramel swirl latte. No such luck, it seemed that the latte machine (?) was broken. I think the woman meant the espresso machine, but I could be wrong.
In any case, I asked then for a brewed coffee with caramel and cream, which would replicate the drink I was looking for. What I ended up getting was –not– that, but it was «almost’ drinkable.
The new coffee-​crème donut is delectable though. I recommend that.

The Worst service ever!!! When i pulled to the window to pay the lady taking the money was rude, the lady making the food tossed my bag across the counter to the other girl and they both laughed! I waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes just to pull away and find out i had the wrong order and then my coffee was wrong too! I would NEVER go back when i pass another one on my way to work!

I have been a DD fan for over 40 years and location quality varies immensely unfortunately, this location so far has been good so far in the times I have patronized it. My only gripe would be that, depending on time of the day, some employees are not as friendly and can be rude when you change or modify your order.

I love DD in general but this location is awesome! I am temporarily working near this DD location and wish all DD’s were as great. The service in the drive-​thru is very quick and my order is always accurate. I personally love garlic bagels and while the DD by me doesn’t have garlic, this one does. The employees are very friendly too.

I like this location. Inside recently remodeled and outside drive thru lane was changed to better serve customers. They make my iced coffee correctly and I like those little wake up wraps on occasion when I haven’t had time to grab breakfast at home. Not sure if all locations have this but I like that I can use my bank card without having to sign a receipt or enter a PIN. It sure is convenient and really makes the drive through service faster.
