Hard Rock Store

I have been to ALOT of hard rock stores that sell pins and this is one of two in here, make sure you visit the hard rock café store in the corner also. Just ask any associate and they will point you to it.
Make sure you get a players card and show them your card for a discount. AAA and military also.
The associate working in here was not so friendly or knowledgable. I had to tell her about the discount that the other associate knew about that she didnt, she may have been new but want enjoying her job, let’s say it that way.
Lots of pins and items of clothing. There are different pins at the other store in here.

This store is home of where I got my favorite sweatshirt ever! The soft and fuzzy inside is just perfect to take the chill out of a cool, Florida day! I noticed the store was clean and organized. I didn’t see anything on the floor and the employees were friendly. The cashier at around 3am was delighted to help two drunk ladies find sweatshirts but also remained completely professional. Good experience over all!

I frequently go to Hard Rock Tampa and enjoy picking out some merchandise every once in awhile.
This store, like the other Hard Rock stores, offers the same t-​shirts, hoodies, and accessories with a customized Tampa on them. There are a lot of options to choose from and this store is the largest one in the casino for actual Hard Rock merchandise.
However, while they do offer a number of fun rock-​inspired items, the service is definitely lacking.
Sometimes when I visit, I am overwhelmed by the opinion of those working in the shop. They attack you as soon as you get in with their opinion on whatever I pick up and what size I should get. I actually had a slight argument where I had picked up a size and the clerk told me to get another because that is what they thought would fit. I am all for help, but telling me what I should get or pushing a size is definitely not my thing.
Other times, it is like no one is there, at all. I am looking for something for a long period of time and end up giving up, because there is no one around to assist.
If they did not have such cute things, I would not go in here. The merchandise is really on point, but the service definitely is not.

Every casino has their own merchandise store and this one is no different. Every item of clothes with a Hard Rock label or name is on them — shirts, hats, jackets, pins, etc. As with most shops like these you can bet your sweet patootie everything is overpriced and marked up. Same goes if you want to buy some toiletries, cold drinks, or snacks here. Good to have around in a pinch in case you forgot something, but be prepared to pay more.
