Amazing service!!! They were very polite and professional. They came to my house quick and fixed my problem in less than 20 minutes explaining every step of the process so I could understand what they were doing. They have really good communication and customer service. I higley recommend them to anyone interested in having their a/c repaired.

DONOTEVERCALLTHESEPEOPLE! I was having a minor problem with my ac unit… compressor came on… no cold air… owner of the company came out and didn’t even check the freon… you see I have had this problem before and all it was that it was low on freon. he proceeded to go into the attic and take apart my blower motor in my air handler… when I told him I was not going to accept the repairs he charged me the 49.00 fee and now my outside unit isn’t even working… he broke my unit!!! He should be closed up!!! I don’t know why or what he did but the outside unit worked before he told me I needed a motor in my air handler!!! I AMLIVID!!!

I give them a second star because the service man was polite and professional and arrived very quickly. I would have give them only one if it were not for that. I asked for the $ 49 check-up that includes a pound of Freon and a cleaning. No real cleaning of anything took place but they did charge me $ 179 to add two additional pounds of freon. There was a leak at the filter about 18 inches from the fill valve and the repair man did not see/find/mention/fix it. He only offered a full cleaning for another $ 120. Another company came out and discovered the leak in literally 2 minutes. Now, in ICR’s defense the failure point seems to be a result of poor craftsmanship by the initial installer(not ICR, another company) BUT if your company(ICR) delivers an invoice that says they checked the«unit to make sure everything is working properly» they should do such. They could have made more money and saved 3 lbs of freon from being lost into the environment if they really did check.

I had them services on my AC today, was very DISAPPOINTED due to NOT been honest with their prices. Over charge. Tell me one thing, and charged me different prices. They told me that they will take-off $ 49 on service-call on any services was been done to. At the end, they didn’t. Was very unsatisfied. The owner can barely speaks English. At the end cost me over $ 500 for little works. Please note to yourself«Do Not» used this people.

Really a great overall experience! Great communication, quick response, fair pricing and great follow up. We had our residential AC system replaced and it was completed within 1 business day from our service call. We have cold air and a 10 year warranty. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them as well.
