Irish 31 in Westchase is a high quality sports gastropub located in the heart of Westchase. Irish 31 is the quintessential local pub serving great food and drinks in luxury. We love this place.

The food at Irish 31 was pretty bland and took quite a bit of time to deliver to the table. Once it finally arrived, some of our items were missing. The server seemed to be disinterested, unorganized, overwhelmed, and not that friendly. Definitely will not be going back.

Pretty decent Sunday brunch. Select items from a special menu and you can order off the regular menu too.

The food was pretty good, but would definitely be better at the restaurant versus delivery I’m sure. The one thing that I didn’t like was the price for the amount of food I got. Again, that could be because it was a take out order that I had delivered. I liked the fact that there aren’t a ton of restaurants with the same menu items. Diversity is always good.

Have been here more than fifty times over the last several months. Food is always great and the service exemplary. Andrew Urbec is totally engaged with the customers and goes the extra mile in making sure a visit to Irish 31 will a be great experience for each and every person that stops in. The servers cheerfully accommodate menu adjustment requests and we always get exactly what we ask for. The Shepherds Pie is to die for by the way. Beer is always ice cold and the bar staff checks each and every drink for accuracy before serving. Highly recommend Irish 31 Westchase

I work at the salon and spa right across the street from Irish 31 and I’ve never had the opportunity to eat here. I finally came here last night for a late dinner and drink with my sister. We sat outside on the patio and ordered two beers, guac, salads, Mac n cheese, and the buffalo flatbread. Everything was very good and service was great!

Food is delicious but a bit pricey for bar food. Fun to watch games here though and the bartenders are always friendly!

While I drive past the Hyde Park location a few times a week on my way to/from LA Fitness, this location is my preference of the two. The interior space is significantly larger and it is so nice to have a legitimate bathroom available if you need to use it. While servers at both locations seem friendly and hustle, I personally like Alyssa who is often behind the bar at the Westchase location. Most recently, I was in here to meet others to watch some Sunday football and while the TV’s served the purpose nicely, the audio was very hot where we were sitting. Not sure if they have only one speaker for the entire place, but it sure sounded like it. Since the menu is the same at both locations, my friends and I just really wish Irish 31’s quality of food was better or we’d come here more often after playing golf nearby.

I’ve always gotten good service here regardless of time of day. During lunch and dinner, Amanda is fantastic — she always greets my friend and I by name and offers us our usual drinks. Food is good. Usual pub grub — with some tasty healthier options like the chicken hummus wrap and salads. They are good about substituting or omitting items. I like the variety of seating options — regular tables, hi-tops, bar, communal seating, outdoors, and my favorite — the bar seating that looks outdoors. Overall, this is a great go-to for lunch, drinks, a snack, and just killing some time.

Delicious cook when you order goodness on a plate! Oh way was this delightful! You have to give this place a go when you are in Westchase. Don’t let the bar atmosphere fool you, the food is amazing. We had chicken pot pie & ham and cheese Boxty. Both were incredible!

Dinner, drinks, and Mayweather/Pacquio fight. Good Margarita’s, shepard’s pie boxty’s, and Waldorf chicken salad sandwich. Decent prices. Service a bit slow. Probably due to fight crowd.

Food is horrible, rotten, and processed. This is not an Irish bar. Nor is the food, Irish food. Went there for lunch. Ordered the 31 chopped salad which has romaine lettuce, chicken, avocados, apple slices, blue cheese crumbles, and a vinaigrette dressing. The lettuce was brown, the avocados were also brown and spoiled. The apple slices were missing. The blue cheese was spoiled. The chicken was 100% processed and came straight out of a prepackaged freezer bag. The service was horrible. Took almost 10 minutes before the waitress came to our table to take our order. Took almost 40 minutes before we finally got our food. All we ordered were salads, nothing else. Someone else dropped our food off, and our waitress never came back to our table to check on us. We had to send another waitress to get our check from our waitress. After we paid we never saw our waitress again.

Most of the menu here is typical sports bar type food with a twist. I’ve been a handful of times and the most memorable food by far was the nachos served on potato chips. Went in once for a late night meal and my husband I thought we’d order a couple of appetizers to share which included the nachos since we didn’t feel like having a full meal… holy crap are they generous with their portions. I was pretty much done after eating one slider and some of the nachos. The boxtys(fried potato balls with various fillings) seem to be their«thing,» but don’t try them unless you want to experience a food coma like you’ve never had before. I do not know what they put on these things but they’re so filling they’re like a meal by themselves. They’re really delicious though. If you’ve ever had a papa rellena, it’s like an American(Irish? This place isn’t really Irish) version of that. Overall, the food here is great for what it is and I’ve never had a bad experience with the service. It’s a pretty laid back environment and I recommend it for a late night meal if you’re in the area.

First time at Irish 31 and it has a lot of potential! I met a couple old friends for happy hour and parking was a little challenging because of the location — Westchase shops. If you’re lucky, you’ll find parking in one of the two apartment parking lots, if not, you have to go back into the neighborhood which is a bit tight. When I first arrived, a server didn’t stop by so I had to track one down to enjoy drinks with my friends who had already enjoyed a couple of brews themselves. I was pleased to hear that although the server wasn’t my dedicated waiter, she would take my order. The gyro appetizer I ordered was amazing. Not what I thought I was getting based on the menu description(how many times has that happened to someone?) because it was an open-faced gryo with all the goodies already sliced and diced — like a cold pizza? Sounds odd and I wish I would’ve taken a picture. Regardless, it was tasty and left my breath killing vampires… so if you’re on a date, don’t order it. You won’t get a good night kiss!

It felt more like a sports bar than an Irish pub. The food was great, but fried food is always good. The fish and chips uses a Black & Tan beer batter. The Loaded Boxty’s where out of this world. They are fried mashed potatoes, with cheese and bacon, amazing. Good thing it’s far away or I would be there all the time.

This is right down from where I work, so I’m going to be a regular. The food is quick and very tasty. The prices are reasonable. I love the fact that they have SO much out door seating so that every one with a pup can congregate outside. Today, I ordered their soup and salad combo and was pleasantly pleased with both size and freshness of the plate. For the $ 8 I spent I was well satisfied. The others at work ordered Mushroom Chicken which was SO decadently delicious and a Waldorf chicken salad sandwich which was huge. All in all, I’d say that they are worth a visit or 14.

The atmosphere is top notch and being able to sit outside to listen to live music and watch tv at the same time is awesome. The drink specials were okay-nothing special but not horrible either. Now on to the food-not worth the price. We ordered the $ 5 guacamole. Ok. Nothing great. It tasted like it was bought and not homemade. For dinner I chose the $ 13 «stuffed portabella mushroom». First off, it was not stuffed-it just had a couple slices of zucchini and squash laid on top and then topped off with a piece of melted cheese. Definitely not worth the $ 13 price tag. The hubby ordered the chopped 31 salad. We had to hunt for the chicken that it supposedly had. Another disappointment. For $ 55 we left feeling jipped. We would visit again for a drink but definitely not for the food.

I ended up here on opening weekend. That was probably my first mistake, because I was pretty much ignored for a while before walking back outside and heading to the Twisted Olive where I get the service and respect I deserve! Seriously thoe, I’ll try them again another time when they aren’t boiling over with douche bags and I can try some grub, and a car bomb. Hope they work the kinks out!

Stopped in during the«soft opening» weekend to take a look around. Very nice décor inside, kind of earthy feeling. I thought it was nice. Stood at the bar for a while before anyone cared to acknowledge me, that’s wasn’t cool, especially since I just wanted to gaze at the menu. I was hoping for a lot of traditional Irish food, which they do not have. The menu contained your typical bar yoms. Shit like burgers, quesadillas, nachos, etc. In fact, the only thing«Irish» I saw on there was a few versions of boxty. I was a little disappointed. The chica and I decided not to stay. We went elsewhere for a few nightcap drinks. I will return though to try something on the menu, but this won’t become a regular watering hole for me. On the flip side, the place has a TON of televisions, so if you’re looking to watch a sports event, they will probably have you covered.
