Tried one the other day for the first time. OMG It was very tasty.

This food truck has re-​invented how to eat pizza… and who doesn’t like pizza? This unique concept is «pizza in a cone». They use a 3D convection oven to bake the cones so they stand upright during the cooking process. The menu has 3 pizza favorites: Cheese, Pepperoni, and Sausage. I tried the Sausage one and it was extremely reminiscent of your standard slice of sausage pizza. The actual cone was the pizza dough — crispy on the outside, soft on in the inside and was filled with cheese, tomato sauce, and topped with some ground sausage. (One should be careful when eating it though because the sauce can, and will, leak from the bottom of the cone.)
The people were super friendly, but the food is a bit on the pricey side — $ 6/​cone. It’s a very cool idea, but even the Bay’s best pizza joints aren’t $ 6/​slice. I love the novelty of it and hope they continue being innovative by expanding the menu in order to excite palettes and stay competitive considering the exponential growth of the food truck scene.
