In contrast to other realtors I worked with and fired for reasons of ineffectiveness, incompetence, and/​or unscrupulousness, Lance works really hard for you, communicates constantly, and uses modern day technology for marketing, education, and just to make the process fun for you. And it’s so nice not to have to micromanage your own realtor; Lance actually knows what he needs to do to accomplish your goals.
