Our leak was a tough one; William worked diligently to eliminate all possibilities and then found the leak in a most unusual place. He worked at the repair like it was his own pool. He explained each step of the process. The cost that was quoted, $ 250, was exactly what was charged and the courtesy shown was worth far more.

I was in denial for a long time regarding my leak because I was afraid of the repair costs. Once I got over that I called Leak Wizard. The call to set up the appointment was easy and she explained that it was $ 250 to come out and find the leak. The $ 250 covers the cost of the repair the majority of the time. If is is something more serious they would quote the repair before any work was completed.
He arrived on time and was able to find the leak fairly quickly. Even though he found the leak he still inspected the entire pool to make sure I didn’t have anything else leaking. He was very professional and I was happy the $ 250 service charge covered my repair. No more leak! No more hose in the pool! I’m just sorry I didn’t call sooner.
When speaking with my pool company (Bay Area Pools) I mentioned that I had a leak fixed. They were very happy to hear that I used Leak Wizard. They said they only recommend Leak Wizard because of their quality of work. It was nice to hear that they are endorsed by such a large company.

Great company! I work in construction & always call Jeff to get a leak detection test done before I start work, his reports are clear & descriptive & he even includes pictures. He is always on time to our appointments, very friendly, and is always happy to explain something if I don’t understand (the lingo or how something works). He even does some repairs when needed.
