I can’t stand dealing with most car mechanics. A lot of them are shady and will attempt to nickel and dime you to death… and well, you know the rest. I’m glad to say that I didn’t encounter any of that at Mad Hatter off of Linebaugh. Nate was upfront and honest, not pushy at all. I was still hesitant to go through with the service (AC repair) because I figured they were going to charge me a crapload. Nope, not the case here. Service was efficient and reasonably priced. Edwin was one of the mechanics working on my car. He told me exactly what the issue was with my AC and got it fixed in about an hour. I payed $ 400 less than what I was quoted at Napa off of Florida and Bougainvillea (because they said I needed a new compressor, but really didn’t).
Thank you Nate. Thank you Edwin. I plan on heading to your place next time my car needs service.

Installed my exhause system on my F150. Did a great job and it sounds great. I told them another quote and they beat it by like $ 100. Was in and out in quick and let me watch while they installed. Great place!

Went above and beyond I help me. Very honest group. John was great help on options and told me to avoid ebay cheap exhausts, wish i listened. I promise if your ever unhappy they will do whatever it takes to keep u happy. Sometimes on their dime. Glad I found them

Final Edit: I wrote the previous reviews in an unbelievably frustrated state. The owner has since reached out to make it right. This is a family run business & I shouldn’t have been as harsh as I was. It’s doesn’t make up for the massive inconvenience but I was unfair. 9⁄10 this is a very fair & honest shop.
Update: Barely 3 months later & the brand new battery and/​or the alternator, both of which were replaced, have already died. Super.
