One of the better locations. Staff at McDonald’s can be okay to horrible we all know that. But I can say I’ve never had a problem here. I’m not rating them on food since we all know what their food taste like. I’m giving them a three star do to okay service that’s it. Plus side they now do breakfast all day long! If your in the area feel free to stop in I think your safe here at this location.

I have had more then one occasion of getting wrong order and last time I went there they handed bag out the window with fries in bag. I didn’t order fries they took them back and put them back in the fry thing to be served to the next person, so inappropriate and gross.

Stopped at this McDonald’s last week to order an iced coffee. I asked them to make it with skim milk. Apparently the machine was broken. Ok fine. Then I asked for 1% which is what the kid cartons contain. I was told they couldn’t do that(first time Ive ever been told that). I asked for the manager. He tells me that I would have to pay full price for the carton of milk, then they could add it to my coffee drink. McDonald’s, if you can’t keep up with what customers want then stick to burgers and fries. McDonald’s at 10410 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL sucks.

Rock solid location that is on point during the breakfast run. Good crew and FAST drive thru. Sometimes I am in and out during the same traffic light. now, if only McD’s could make better decaf.

I have to say they have pretty fresh food and usually get the order correct I just can’t give them more than three stars because since I was a child all mcdonalds serves breakfast until 11 on the weekends except this one. They only serve breakfast until 1030 on Saturday!!! Crazy…

It’s after 1am on a Saturday night, the bar down the street has announced last call, and you’re on the prowl for a little something to eat before heading home. Bring on the Golden Arches! This McDonald’s is open 24 hours a day — both the drive-through windows and the inside counter and dining area. They gutted and rebuilt this place about a year ago, following a fire, and the remodeled store has a very hip and stylish interior. The drive-through has two lanes, and the cars will definitely stack up during peak times. The staff makes a good effort to keep the place clean, but this is a high-volume store, and the world is full of slobs for customers. You already know the menu, in fact you can probably still sing the song, «Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun». Everything is portion-controlled and mass manufactured to be sure that everyone is McHappy. The staff can be hit or miss depending on which shift is working. Some of the crews are super friendly and chat with their regular customers, while others seem to be annoyed that you’ve disturbed their conversations with each other. I guess that just comes with the territory of minimum-wage fast food workers. Oh well, I was glad they were open and had a fresh batch of French Fries ready to pass my way.

This has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my entire life. There hasn’t been ONE order they literally haven’t screwed up(we don’t go that often, maybe once a month?)!! And they have an attitude problem. Not only that, my husband was so upset with this last order(among the many) that he went back to replace the food, and they didn’t replace our entire order! So now, they only replaced one sandwich n he had to come back with cold fries n cold sandwiches; all because they messed up. It is a courtesy to make sure when you leave, that food is hot and fresh, and it was not done. We only go here because its right up the street from our house. Now, we’d rather drive further for better service. I’m over this dump. So sad…
