McDonald’s

While I understand that this is a fast food establishment, I do not see the need for the employees to basically THROW my food at me! I know that they are in a hurry during busy hours, but please use common sense.
I do not want my child’s ice cream cone hanging outside of the pick up window while I’m still at the first window trying to pay! That’s disgusting. Also, I don’t want my breakfast thrown into my car, nearly making me spill my coffee on myself.
I won’t be returning to this location. The problem only gets worse each time I’ve tried.

Fast, friendly service! Been multiple times with no problems. Always what I’m anticipating. For fast food, you get what you expect.

In short, They employ dishonest thieves and the shift managers are awful at their jobs.
Now to be fare they have at least 2 good employees. But 3 different shift managers should not be employed here.
The long part
It was late on a Friday I ordered food inside. I paid and went to the restroom while they prepared my food. When i came back I grabbed my food and left, i was traveling when i stopped for gas I realized I left my wallet on the counter. I went back to the store and the employee that helped me said they did not find one, ok. Another girl working there said that she had been in the front and no one else had come in since I left and returned so if I was sure it was there no one else could have grabbed it and walked out. The manager came out and seemed upset help me to go look back in the office. Now while she was doing that the female employee started looking in the trash in stuff to help find it. With no luck the employer suggested I come back later and check with the manager to see of it was located.
The next day around 3 I came in to speak with the manager. i asked the cashier and he was very nice and went to get the manager. When the manager came out, He literally blew me off and walked away I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for him to check the office. Soon the next shift manager came on. Since I had been standing there the cashier went and grabbed him and told him I left my wallet. That manager then blew off the employee and told me its not back there without even going to look. The cashier seeing I was becoming upset with the 2 managers. Told me to hang on and went and looked himself for me.

I will NEVER go back to this McDonald’s. As my husband and I were eating our fries on the drive home yesterday afternoon, I put one up to my mouth and then saw a short, THICK, curly black hair wrapped around it. Needless to say, we threw our entire meals away without eating anymore. That’s just disgusting, and they should be ashamed of themselves. There’s no excuse for that.
