Oh when you wish they had a zero star option. Food is always what you expect. I go to McDonalds for convenience. I work at a bar, and I get off work at about 3:30am. I understand that this is a perfect time for drunk drivers to get drive thru food, but I am only ever in line for a snack. I had to review this as soon as it happened — as I called the location to speak to a manager and the line rang incessantly. My order was fine and accurate, but as I was handed my food — an employee literally asked me to borrow money. Like, I wish I was making this up. I am just speechless. I will be calling tomorrow. He asked to borrow five dollars from me. As he is handing me a small fry. I cant even.

I live down the block from this McDonald’s and I travel to carrollwood one because I refuse to give this place business again. They can not even make a cheeseburger they forgot the pickles on my burger and cheese on my Big Mac on two separate occasions. They fill up the fried half way every time. the food is never fresh. After visiting a good 7 times I now travel to avoid this dump.

On a whole I reserve fast food for ice cream and french fries. I personally just don’t trust their quality of meat, so even though I am not a vegetarian, I just choose to stay away from their meat. This fast food restaurant usually has the best fries around, as long as they are freshly cooked and still hot. Their ice cream is just ice cream, all quite pedestrian. In a pinch, yes they will work. What’s a girl to do? Do what you must to satisfy those cravings in a pinch.

I went through the drive thru, ordered a chicken ranch BLT, grilled & with NO lettuce or tomato. When I got home much to my surprise, I had a ranch BLT, Crispy & loaded with lettuce & tomato. I usually go to the Mc Donalds at Florida ave. & Bird St. My order there is always correct. I will never go back to this restaurant, they just do not have their act together.

Who doesn’t love McDonald’s breakfast? As far as fast food is concerned, they are one of the best and usually they are on top of things. This location, however, is marching to its own drummer. Twice I have swung through here for breakfast and twice I have been grossly disappointed. My first try was a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. It came with a little surprise of warm ranch dressing. I didn’t know this until I got to my office, so i just threw it away, as it was inedible. I mean, I love ranch dressing, but not a warm, weird tasting kind on my breakfast. Second chance today, I ordered a southern style chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. Just the sandwich and it was still $ 5. I didn’t really mind though because the chicken biscuit has been worth it in the past. This sad excuse for chicken was literally a hair bigger than a silver dollar. I am in no way exaggerating and at first, I thought they forgot the chicken. I said screw it, I’m hungry and dove on in. First bite was a hunk of solid fat. Upon closer inspection I realized the whole silver dollar sized hunk of chicken was one big piece of solid, overcooked fat. I was already at my office, so I decided to throw it away and write a review as their location was not on Unilocal and obviously needed to be. The size of the chicken alone should have deterred an employee from putting it on a sandwich, but the fact that is was just fat, makes me sick to my stomach. It has left a bad taste in my mouth for McDonald’s chicken(probably a good thing) so I won’t be eating much McDonald’s for awhile and I definitely will never be back to this location.
