McDonald’s

Let me start off by saying I am fully aware I am about to write a review for McDonald’s but for this specific location, I feel my review is absolutely necessary. I do not eat the food McDonald’s serves often, maybe once every few months or so, but I do like to order a milkshake or a McFlurry one in a while. I’ve gone at different times throughout the day on multiple occasions only to be told the same thing, the shake/​ice cream machine is down. Over four weeks I was unable to have my order fulfilled, so I decided to contact the restaurant manager AND corporate. The restaurant manager had no idea of the shake machine being down or broken at all, and corporate had only one claim report of the machine being down. So basically that means the employees were lying all of the times the machine was «down», besides the one time it really and truly was down. I do not have high expectations for McDonald’s whatsoever but I do expect McDonald’s to run business as any other restaurant would and employ employees who wouldn’t lie to their customers.

Worst McDonalds ever and that’s saying something since we’re talking about McDonald’s. Service always slow, ice cream machine frequently broken. Managers do not support their employees. Case in point: I was in line a week ago ordering 2 hamburgers and a soda. One girl taking orders (who stated her 3^rd day on the job) and the line was 4 deep. The customer in front of me was complaining about slow service, order messed up, etc. The poor girl began to cry! And the shift manager… Saw her visibly upset and was talking on her phone!!! Nice! The manager hung up the phone and reprimanded her and told her to leave the counter and compose herself in the bathroom.

Lunchtime with my son. We got fairly simple order which took over 10 minutes to fulfill. One burger, 10 nuggets and two fries.

This is probably the only time I’ll ever come to this location since I don’t live in Tampa.
Customer service was decent in drive thru, and the fries were surprisingly hot when we received them. But the highlight of this review is that THERE’S A LIQUOR STORE HERE.
I am floored. That is all.
