I am convinced that the only way this place stays open is with a recognizable name and a good location. After their renovation in the past year, I thought they would have improved but every time I go there I am amazed at the lack of professionalism and customer service as well as messing up orders a good 70% of the time. I have yet to ever hear ‘have a good day’ as I am leaving… most of the time the employees hand you your bags in the drive thru with outstretched arms and a blank face without saying a word. I truly don’t expect much from a fast food chain but a little customer service goes a long way!

Their fries were stale and service was beyond unacceptable, boo! THEBURGERS were so greasy it are threw the bread. We will never go back to that place again!
