Arrived at 4:30 and they have a closing time of 6 and they allow walk ins. They turned us away.

Way back when I was a noob, freshly-​minted Army guy, I have always recalled what my First Sergeant would say: «Yo. You can’t run fast because your hair’s too long.» (Disclaimer: I took the liberty to clean up the actual comment, which was usually punctuated by face-​planting myself into the ground.)
Fast forward a decade or so and now that I’m a civilian (long-​haired and all)…that former 1SG comments still resonate in my head. I haven’t found a good barber off-​post in all these years and I was a bit leery about this place. It’s nondescript location adjacent to a Circle K just added to my skepticism, but after my «high-​n-​tight», my impression did a 180.
Bottom line: Excellent. This is definitely a place that will be my home barber.
