Glen is a fabulous massage therapist — very knowledgeable (I loved the explanations of what different muscles do and how they get all out of sorts), very friendly, very responsive to my requests and input, and oh my goodness for the first time in months my shoulders aren’t shoved up to my ears. Definitely will return for semi-​regular «tune-​ups»!

Glen was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He would explain what he was doing during the deep tissue massage to let me know why he was doing certain things. Def going back and brining my husband!

Best massage I have received in a while. Glen was very professional, respectable, honest, and a true teacher. He catered to my wants and needs, didn’t try to up sale/​pushy, and educated me on things I can do to help outside of the office. He treated me as a person, engaged in great conversation, I felt amazing after the session and most important he cared about my health and condition. It’s great to have people like Glen and his team willing who have great talent and a true gift they can bestow upon people. They have earned my respect and trust.

Was in from out of town and in desperate need of a last minute massage. Being it was New Year’s Eve I knew my chances were slim on getting a walk in appointment. Glen was out running errands and came back just to help me out, even though I was a first time customer. Staff was more than accommodating and my massage was both relaxing and hit all the points on my troubled back. Glen is very knowledgeable about human anatomy and mind body connection. If I lived here I would be a regular. I recommend to any athlete, person with health issues or anyone looking for a nice relaxing massage with an extra bonus of a talented therapist who can help you with problems you may not know you have. Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had. I’m a high level athlete and my body takes some punishment. I always go for deep tissue and I like a lot of pressure. It’s very difficult to find a massage therapist that is genuinely knowledgeable about the needs of athletes. Glen is that guy. Right from the start he asked questions to figure out what I needed. Since it was our first meet he evaluated my posture and pointed out deficiencies that I hadn’t noticed but were plain to see once he highlighted them. His knowledge of anatomy, what an athlete really needs, and genuine love of his art made the experience great. If you like to geek out on physiology, Glen is a great guy to converse with while he’s putting your body through the ringer. And I mean that in the best terms. It’s easy for a deep tissue therapist to work you so you’re sore the next day and some people (me included before I went to Glen) think that means it’s working. He was great in explaining the difference between those therapists and real deep tissue/​athletic massage artists. I’m sure you can get a nice relaxing massage here, too. But I came because my body is a machine and I take my maintenance seriously. So if you’re an athlete and want good, meaningful work on recovery there is no other place to go in my opinion.

I’ve had a lot of massages and the one given by Glenn today was by far the best. This staff is clearly skilled in helping athletes with aches, pains, tension, etc. They travel to help big events like Ironman, marathons, and other athletic events. Geared toward fixing athletes, they can still offer a great relaxing massage as well. They communicate very well with the clients about what they want and each staff member has about 20 years of experience. This place is a true gem and I’ll definitely be back!

This place is extremely professional. Great deep tissue massage. Glen has an awesome touch and can do varying levels of pressures.
