Phillip Maurici – The Clean Plumbers

My landlord found this company on Angie’s List and called them because one of my toilets wasn’t flushing. A technician came out the same day I talked to them. Paul Rahn was my service technician, and he was great! He explained to me what was wrong in a way I could understand, was polite, and kept me updated on the progress while my toilet was being replaced. He wore booties in the house so his shoes wouldn’t get the floor dirty. He observed a dead snake outside my front door, and knowing I hate snakes, he removed it for me! I’m grateful to have a working toilet again! Thanks Paul!

We scheduled a week in advance to have Philip Maurici — clean plumber — come to the house to reconnect the garbage disposal, drain lines and faucet assembly after having a new countertop and sink installed on Friday. We made expressly clear that due to the restrictions imposed by our HOA that service technicians would not be allowed to enter the community after 4 pm and we needed our kitchen for the weekend. The plumber was supposed to arrive at 2. Called to get status at 2:30. Finally got an operator at 4:11 pm. We were told that they were very sorry but soonest the could come back would be Monday. Very disappointed. We hired someone else within minutes to be here Saturday. Never dealing with these clowns again.

Called to have someone come out to replace my water heater with a tankless water heater. I had to leave a message. Did someone call me back? Nope. I guess that’s how they stay so clean. They don’t work. Good luck to you Clean Plumbers.
