We used USA tree service once in the past for a larger job (removing three large trees) and the experience was great. The second time (recently) we needed something done which was a much smaller job (trimming a large tree) and it has been like pulling teeth to have them come out. Over the past 4 weeks they have told us each week that they would «be out this week to do the job» and never showed up. When we called to find out why they act as if our job is not important they continuously give us excuses that they are «backed up». I can only think that it is because my job isn’t as large of a job as the one I hired them for previously. They did not appreciate my business and told me I was «welcome to go with another company if I like». They showed no concern about loosing my business. I would not use them again.

I’ve used these guys twice and they are excellent. On-​time, on-​budget and clean-​up is outstanding.
On my most recent dealing there was a question on the estimate they gave me but they honored their original quote with no drama… great people!
