Out of the two locations I visited I prefer the Hyde park location it very clean up to date a lady name Lauren assisted me and was very helpful and sweet

the unit is on the 4th floor and supposedly climate controlled, but it gets very hot up there during the day; to the point where some of my shoes grew white mold on them. this unit has no light in it and its very hard to see in there. the unit is advertised as a 10×10 but when i measured it, it was a foot short both ways. also the entry door needs to be forced open and the elevator was broken.

the employees at the local office are nice, but when they messed up on the move in date and we were overcharged it was a complete mess to get through to corporate billing to have it fixed. They argued and badgered and were so completely rude one just gives up and pays the difference because the rudeness and arguing was just not worth it in the end. Won’t be using them again!

Great service! Friendly staff! We needed another space and they were really helpful in working something out while the space we wanted was waiting to be vacated.
