I had an excellent experienc with Public Storage. Very convenient by opening on Sunday, and Soren was the nicest guy i met. He explained everything and i truly will tell anyone that need storage to go there.

We made a huge move from Michigan to Florida and Bob at Public Storage couldn’t have made the transition any easier. He was helpful and so friendly from our very first phone conversation. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked on us halfway through the day of unloading our huge U-​Haul to bring my husband and I both a water and an apple. That was a nice surprise. We also needed a mattress cover and he ran in and got one for us. He helped take away some of our stress for sure! The storage space itself is very clean and I’m so glad we made the decision to go with Public Storage at Cross Creek!
