Why did this place close? This was the good Beef’s, out of all of them in the area. Does anyone know?

Friendly bartenders, especially Kelli who is always on her game. New food specials are solid. Some of the younger guys are stone cold space cadets and could use some stronger direction on how to act like professionals(ex: loud, profane music customers can hear, hanging around the bar area being obnoxious). Owner needs to take one good look around and fix some obvious issues(like the perpetually running sink). These are minor issues though. on the whole, a good spot for Happy Hour, nice regulars to chat with and get to know, and a solid lunch.

We have been going here for years BUT we are done. Took daughter and wife last week for dinner, HAIR in the salad. Final straw last night we ordered a pickup of a Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza that was way UNDER cook… cheese was barely melted but the topper was a small bug in the pizza box… Garbage it went… WEAREDONEWITHBEEFS! Just plain NASTY!

Yackidy Yack, I won’t go back! I’ve gone twice and the wings were awful!!! Both times the wings meat was black and undercooked. I threw away all the wings once I got home. I cringe thinking about it

Let me first say that I really like Beefs. But I will not be coming back to this one. Ever. When the floors are sticky, and there is no water pressure for the sink in the(dirty) rest room, and it takes 30 minutes to get an order for 4 people(wings, a salad, and a burger) and the seat covers have huge holes in them, it’s time to close shop, or as a customer, find another restaurant. The wings were good. The salad was warm and limp, the burger over cooked. The service was bad. Exceedingly so. And there were only 4 – 5 other tables occupied while we were there, and no parties larger than 5. What a waste.

Food was gross. I ordered wings, fries, and cole slaw. The slaw was obviously old. it was not crispy, but rather soggy. The sauce for it was bad as well. First restaurant I have been to that has messed up cole slaw. The fries were nothing special. The wings were poorly made. They tasted frozen and the sauce was all on the bottom. I ordered hot but it was mild because all the sauce was on the bottom rather than my wings! I also got sick from eating it. The place needs cleaning up a bit. The waitress kept asking if I was going to pick up, if she didn’t want me there… they also don’t have any MMA or Boxing. It is very country setting. They have alot of hunting on TV

My wife and I visited this location recently for beer and wings and was surprised to not see a soul in the place. We figured that since Beefs is a well known joint that people would be hanging around on a Wednesday night, but definitely not the case here. While the beer was crisp and the service decent, our wings were by far the most disgusting pieces of meat that we have ever eaten. They were super tough, and basically inedible. My wife even noticed one of the wings being raw! I consider myself a wing aficionado and have eaten them in all fifty states except for Alaska and Maine(yes, I have eaten wings numerous times in Hawaii!) and I would have to say that these were some of the worst. I really have nothing else to say but«YUCK»! We will definitely not be back to this place.

Went in for some wings to-go and wow… was very surprised to see that they are NOT a full bar and only offer beer and wine? UGH… No big deal though we only wanted to-go anyway. Wondering if they maybe had their liquor license taken away as it states everywhere that they are a full bar? Food was fast and came out very hot, was still hot when we got it home! Everything seems to be all good so far but the place was a bit dead so hopefully we do not get sick or anything crazy like that as seen in the below reviews! The bartenders were nice that waited on us but we did notice a bunch of kids hanging out at the bar hanging with the staff and I noticed one of the girls washing a huge bucket of silverware by hand which I don’t know is code as I always thought they went through a sanitary dish washer? Anyways… we went to this one due to being down the road on cross creek but will def not be back and probably go to the one next time on bruce b downs that is next to bonefish that seems to be always packed!

So gross. We were in a mood for some wings and decided to try this place out. We were the only customers which should have told us something. The wings were somehow really tough while still seeming not quite cooked enough. The sauce was just disgusting. Very disappointing.

We keep giving them a chance because we live close by but we have never had a good overall experience. Either the service is bad or our food order is wrong. Tonight my food came out ice cold after already waiting almost 45 minutes for it. The manager, Amanda, was non apologetic and very rude. Asked if I wanted my corrected order in a to go box instead of expediting a fix so I could eat with my family. It took another 45 minutes to fix it and my family was done eating. I ended up having to get my food to go. It then took another ½ hour to get our bill so my new food was now cold again! We will NEVER come back!

First off, it says this was in the Wesley Chapel neighborhood and it is not. Wesley Chapel has I think two Beefs: the one in the Beals Plaza at SR56 and BBD, the other on SR54/Wesley Chapel Blvd and Old Pasco Road. It’s neither of those. If you want to give it a «neighborhood» name, you could say it’s «New Tampa/Cross Creek» but it’s the store in the Publix plaza at Cross Creek and Morris Bridge Road which could also be Thontosassa. Regardless, this critique is on bad service at one Beef’s, not a bad review of all of them as I’ve had great meals at other Beef O’Brady’s locations over the last 20 years or so living in Tampa. This past Tues(Children Eat Free Night) we took our toddler out because we had just got a coupon for $ 5 off any bill of $ 25 or more. We got there to the Cross Creek store and sat ourselves as there was no hostess. I am going to make this short and sweet, the wings were undercooked and rubbery although I requested them well done and crispy. The Bacon Cheese fries were soggy and the cheese looked like vomit or runny chili, not melted cheese. When our waitress finally checked on us, she argued about the fries with me, before finally asking if I’d like a replacement. I requested some potato skins and didn’t get them to all three of us finished our meals and then… the cheese still wasn’t melted on the skins. The manager was the one who delivered them as I am sure the waitress knew we weren’t happy. The manager said the potato skins were complimentary since then took so long which is the least they could have done. She also explained that either the coupon could be used or the ‘Kids eat free” but not both which I think is a crock. They took off the $ 5 because it was more but I still think they should have given both. I didn’t go there expecting 5 Star food or service. I went there expecting Sport Bar pub fare and it wasn’t good. Obviously Ethan is a regular who has low standards or he’s an employees relative and wouldn’t know good food if he tasted it. No Ethan… this is not a 5 star restaurant, but you rated it 5 Stars. It’s a 1 star in my book because I can’t give it a Zero rating. I guess I’d give them 1 Star for the beer being cold.

While Beef O’Brady’s is usually just a little short of horrifying, this particular one isn’t quite that bad. Sure, the service sucks and OK, there are mini-mullet sporting guys drinking tap beer at noon on a weekday. but the buffalo chicken wrap is not only edible, but decent. It’s pretty lame how they charge for every single little thing. If you get wings they will charge extra for celery, blue cheese and ranch. each. It’s not much, but seems petty.
