Hooters

First time here at this location. I’m in town Visiting family. I realize each hooters is different pertaining to the menu. I ordered the 8 pc sweet chili Thai (my fav) and it’s ok. A little bland not heavy in flavor like other locations. I also ordered the house white sangria which was $ 5.00 and was worth it! Great for the price no complaints about that. If I’m in the area again I would come again.

So I’ve been here more than a dozen times for takeout but this time was by far the worse. I walked up to the takeout window and there is a waitress ringing out her tab, one waiting behind her and a manager standing there. None of them acknowledge me. The waitress gets done and walks away, the second one rings hers up and walks to the manager and they talk for a few minutes. After they both start to walk away. So I say excuse me… I’d like to order. The manager turns around and then takes my order. Didn’t say hey we didn’t see you there or anything. This manager was wearing a Port Richey shirt so I don’t believe he works at this store. I expected someone to say we will be with you in a few minutes. I’m not sure if it was too busy or what, but had I not said excuse me I’m not sure how long I would be standing and waiting.
The wings were good, but poor service rubs me the wrong way

I was contacted to give this place another try. I was really bothered on my last visit. However, sometimes people deserve a second chance. On my most recent visit I was serviced by Lory. She was very pleasant and attentive. I didn’t need to ask for much of anything. I did notice on her name tag under her name it stated «trainer». I can see why she is in this position, her work speaks for itself.
I ordered a Hooter’s salad (soooo goood) and mild wings with tater tots. I received my salad which is always a decent size, along with a decent price. A short time later the wings arrived and I could see they were still smoking when Lory placed them on the table. I wanted to dig right in, but I needed to allow my fresh, crispy chicken to cool its hot tail off first. I wasn’t able to complete all of my meal and Lory brought me over a couple of to go boxes.

This has to be the worst Hooters that I have ever eaten at, and I travel all over and have probably eaten at more than 15 across the country. Food was ok, but the service was absolutely horrible! We sat outside and told our waitress we only had an hour, we ordered 20 wings, three burgers and fries. After 30 minutes, I had to find our waitress and check on our food. We got it 0 minutes later, still had no silverware or refills. She got one of the wing orders wrong and forgot a fry. Had to ask for the fries to be taken off of the bill, even though we brought it up once with her and once with the manager. I own a café back home in IL and I can tell this girl does not have what it takes, and should not still be there. There is more small things but this should do. She only had 8 tables, and she had 4 of them complaining to the manager.

Not greeted at the door, multiple wait staff, nobody home. Wasn’t directed to a table, so I had to ask, «Should I just sit down? To one server that finally acknowledged me.
After being seated was pretty much ignored, until I got up and said something to the manager… even then… it took a while.
It’s irritating when you aren’t greeted at the door, even when there are multiple wait staff there not making eye contact.
Finally, when someone came to the table, she was friendly, and checked on me occasionally.
It was just a «off day» I guess. The management was busy talking to EACH OTHER, rather than actually managing the restaurant.
Come on guys, PAY ATTENTION to your dining room and the customers.
This location has the most beautiful Hooters girls I have seen in a while, but they are clearly at the mercy of lazy management. (At least that’s my observation)

This is probably one of the most bland Hooters I’ve even been to. I rate the brand higher than this lication. I’ve been to A LOT OF Hooters locations in my years, this is my least favorite of all.

Love hooters, this is our go to football place and always has good service and food. They recently upgraded and has lots of tvs to watch the games. Have to try the breaded wings they are one of a kind and an ice cold beer.

Came in looking to watch fight and Shelly was very helpful and pleasant. She made our stay enjoyable! Thanks again Shelly!

DIS.GUST.ING. This place gave me a chicken wrap so nasty that I didn’t make it past the second bite. There were these black pieces of greasy shrapnel all over everything and the wrap was cold and soggy. I’ve had this exact dish multiple times and I’ve never had it taste so terrible before. Definitely taking a trip further out so that I don’t have to eat at this one again.

Very dissapointed!!! I’ve been eating at hooters for a long time. Today, I decided to try this location since it was near me. It started off good because they did acknowledge and greeted us, but after they seated us no waitress came over to even take our drink order. I’ll looked around and it wasn’t even busy. This location looked more like a hangout spot for the employees then work. After 10 min of waiting, we just left because our appetites and mood was ruined. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would recommend being around more because the restaurant isn’t being managed the way it should be.

Had a negative experience today. It did start off welcoming as the hostess greeted and seated us. After that it went downhill. Don’t know if there was a breakdown in communication, but we were never told what our server name was or who she’ll be. We arrived at 5 pm as we planned to spend our happy hour there. After the hostess left the table we felt like ghosts, no one come by to take our drink order nor tell us any specials for the day. After politely waiting for 10 min, we decided to leave because we assessed the situation and found no reason why we shouldn’t at least get asked what we wanted to drink. At the time, the place wasn’t busy yet, and the employees just seem to stand around talking to each other, or management paying more attention to waitresses instead of the customers.

Management is very insecure and half assed. I ordered the most expensive thing on the menu in the crab legs and they came out looking old and flakey. I asked for fresh ones and was told that’s as fresh as they get, so I went to take a picture and he quickly threw them away and asked me to leave before he calls the police. Doing the most to make the customer feel like they made a wrong decision to spend money here

Hooters hot girls good wings not a bad place to eat drink. They do the pay-​per-​view events. Good times

TL;DR — standard Hooters
FIrst and foremost, I LOVE the breaded wings at Hooters and its the main reason I come here. I swear! It also helps that the «scenery» and «décor» is always nice at this particular location.
I’ve never had any major problems with the service here. The girls are usually on top of things and food comes out quick. Once in a while they’ll forget something I asked for but it happens. During non peak hours, they’re usually just standing by the door greeting customers and are available to help if needed.
My only gripe is that they could use more deals on food and drinks. Wings, give or take, are about a dollar each regardless of how many you order. Actually, pitchers aren’t too bad at 7 – 8 bucks each. Wish they had a happy hour menu then I’d definitely be here everyday but I guess one can dream…
Nice place to hang out after work although several other options nearby but without the «ambiance.»

Buffalo shrimp are pretty good, but that’s about all I will eat here. I’ve tried other things and nothing’s very good.

This was a mostly wonderful visit to this location tonight.
This was the first time I’ve had a raw shucked oyster and it was fresh and delicious. Everyone but one out of four family members enjoyed them. The drinks and the oysters arrived very quickly, and the 20 chicken wings came out in decent time and then my snow crab a short time after.
The snow crab was overcooked, so the meat stuck to the shells. The lemon slices were very small, so eating my meal was quite labor intensive, but very tasty. The medium sauced wings were juicy and enjoyed by all four of us. It was very difficult for me to add the signature Hooter’s hot sauce to my couple of wings, which was a bit annoying. The
We didn’t see our server Alex for quite some time after this and the kids wanted their clam chowder and curly fries with cheese sauce. We finally got the chowder and then the fries after we were able to locate the server, which she brought out quickly.
The kids enjoyed the fries with cheese sauce and so did I. Surprisingly, the clam chowder was only a few notches less than Tony’s in Cedar Key. It was really good.
I’ve been to this location numerous times and rarely have a negative experience.

This is not one of my favorite locations. Service was very slow and the Tots were under cooked. I am hoping this is due to my visit being on a Sunday.

Was worried about the slew of bad reviews but had a good experience.
Met a friend for lunch around noon. We were promptly seated and the place wasn’t busy at all. The server quickly changed one of the TVs to the Olympic hockey game after I asked, which seems to be difficult for a lot of places lol. She was very nice and courteous the entire time.
Went with the buffalo chicken quesadilla, which is my typical go-​to at Hooters. Tasted much better than the last time I had it at the Brandon location. The hot sauce actually tasted like sauce — what a concept!
Would not mind returning to this location.

Is it just me or can the wings at Hooters really be called wings anymore? I’m serious, they have gotten so small it’s more like a bite per wing. It’s really a shame because I used to enjoy eating them. But when I get 50 wings to split with a friend and really only get the meat of 20, it’s not really worth coming back.
The service was okay, the drink was lousy and the wings just disappointing. I’m sorry Hooters but you may have lost this customer forever.

Simply the WORST HOOTERS on the PLANET!!! The management here cant stay in place more than a month! The waitresses are great! ITS THE KITCHEN STAFF!!! I have called corporate over a dozen times! FIRE THE ENTIRE KITCHEN STAFF NOW!
Look fries should never come out 10 minutes AFTER the full meal has been served! And these girls that are supposed to be ‘ONLY HOT” are smarter than the morn guys cooking the food! AND THOSE GUYS AREN’T HOT!
