Red Lobster

Trevor was my server and wow he is really friendly, super fast and efficient I couldn’t of asked for better service. The meal was great. I will for sure be back. Kudos to the new server Trevor always was on top of the game didn’t have to ask for a thing. Best service in a long time

The most disgusting red lobster I have ever been too. It’s a joke of a restaurant, really. Management, food and service. A complete mess. Dirty, rude, undercooked.

Visited the second night of our trip to FL. Showed up just before 9pm and it took at least 15 minutes to seat and another hour waiting on food. Our waiter visited our table once to make sure the trainee got the order; thst was 30 mins after he had. No one checked on us during our wait until the trainee came back 10 mins to close. We spoke with a manager and the meal was free but was just getting finished due to «miscommunication.» Will not go back as it seems they don’t have the right focus on restaurant service.

We had a celebration at this location and had a great time. The only issue was some of the guest had to arrive super early because the manager wouldn’t reserve seating for the amount of people we had coming. Our waitress Destiny was amazing! She and her colleague was able to keep up with our massive orders with minor errors.

Probably one of the finest dining experience I’ve had in my life. It’s a great place to be with family. Nice food and great serving!

Ok, so stopped by this place at the urging of a coworker, cause she just loves Red Lobster. I try not to be too mean in my reviews, but I have to be honest here… the food wasn’t that good at all. I ordered the wood grilled lobster, shrimp and salmon along with two other people at my table. The last person at our table ordered the seaside shrimp trio. My salmon was actually quite good, but needed more seasoning. The lobster was alright, but the grilled shrimp was questionable. It was extremely soft and tasted semi-​mushy. My potatoes were just there… no opinion on them. The others that ordered the same dish also complained about the grilled shrimp. The last guest was given the wrong dish and and had to wait for her food an additional 10−15mins. When her food did come, the pasta had too much cheese and she didn’t care for it… nor the shrimp scampi. However the fried shrimp was good. Anyway, due to the wait, she was given a free desert. She ordered the strawberry cheesecake. According to her, the cheesecake didn’t taste like cheesecake and seemed like it had been in the refrigerator for a while. I commented on how fresh the strawberries appeared, but when she tried to taste one, it was frozen solid. honestly this was my first visit to Red Lobster in YEARS… maybe I’ll give this restaurant a try again when back in jersey, but no more in FL.

Food is always terrible when I come here… Service always sucks… I remember walking out before being served one time and I continued to come back two other times… Now I just go to the one on Dale mabry which is run way more professionally

Red lobster is a great place to relax with friends, the price is very reasonable, the worker are very friendly, a great atmosphere.

I have been there so many times and I love their seafood, they have the best! The food is very fresh. Also, I love their deserts and they have wonderful customer service you must try them.

My daughters in town she treated me and my friend to lunch. Red Lobster was where she wanted to go. It was sad. We were greeted and seated immediately. Immediately adjoining the kitchen door. The specials weren’t offered to us though my daughter asked about the Lobsterfest. We were told that it wasn’t special prices just new menu items. She ordered the shrimp tacos with ranch/​Jalapeño sauce. She said they were totally without taste. My friend ordered the fried shrimp and I the shrimp scampi and broiled scallops. The only thing to say about the fried shrimp was that it was fried. I had also ordered a caesar salad. Awful! Lettuce, stale croutons some bits of sliced cheese and very salty dressing. I didn’t eat it. The scallops where smaller than an small green olive and it was also without taste. The scampi was tasty. Too bad there wasn’t a bit more to it. That’s it — $ 44.45! That leaves a bad taste in my mouth!
So we went back (3÷8÷15) I ordered the Seaside Shrimp Trio. It was wonderful. But because my guest’s meal had to be sent back I didn’t get to enjoy it. She had ordered the Blackened Salmon with Mashed Potatoes.
The Salmon had absolutely no taste and the potatoes were dried out. When she told the Manager the potatoes seemed like they’d been sitting out for awhile. He said «they probably were.»
While we’re sitting there another customer had ordered a full size Shrimp Alfredo and ordered one to go. She had the manager come over as the order to go was only half the size of the one she’d just eaten.
TERRIBLE PLACE INDEED

My boyfriend and I went here on a Sunday night and at first everything was a disaster. The wait wasn’t long to sit down but then our server (Wanda) was a mess. I am a server so I was more than understanding but it got to the point it was ridiculous. We got the bread but waited 15 – 20 minutes on our drinks. My boyfriend had to go find our server to only get told it was coming and it was the bartenders fault. All she did the whole night was say everything was coming right up and complain about her tables. If you get her I suggest asking to move. The only reason I give this place a 5 star it’s because every other server was wonderful, polite, and helpful. Also, the manager was amazing. Maybe one of the best I’ve encountered and was personal and actually cared unlike most managers that pretend. I wish I could remember her name but she has brown hair and is extremely nice from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I will definitely come again for the manager and to get another server.

My girlfriend and I were visiting the area and stopped in to this Red Lobster. Not gonna lie we were a little hesitant because of the reviews and the surrounding area, but we gave it a try and I’m glad we did. Erica was our server and her service was top notch. She was attentive, she provided all of the necessities without us having to ask (water, condiments, napkins, etc) she replenished those delicious cheddar biscuits each time we finished them. The food was great! I ordered the tilapia, lobster mashed potatoes and asparagus. We didn’t have to wait long for our food either. It was a great experience. With employees like Erica, you can’t go wrong.

A few of us from work ordered lunch and I went over to pick up our order. Not only did I have to wait a while but none of us liked the food. The fish was just bland and kind of nasty tasting. The shrimp was okay, but it could have been so much better. So much for wanting a yummy lunch.

Was here in a Wednesday right before evening. It was Happy Hour so they had a couple if items on special! Great lobster!

The chedsr garlic biscuts and chowder are fine. The rest of the food was pedestrian and overcooked, even the fake mashed potatoes. Our server was very hard working and did a terrific job. The rice pilaf is white rice, with a small amount of wild rice and some unidentifiable other items.
I am not a chain person and this was not my pick! After eating and then seeing and smelling that restroom, I literally feel sick to my stomach. Then talking to a manager that did not give a s**t, I am not a happy camper. I never say never, but in this case I think I can say it and keep my word.
What’s a girl to do? Ya gotta take one for the team, but this was asking too much!

During my visit on Jan. 11, I had a great experience. The food was delivered hot and on-​time, the wait staff was pleasant, and the facility has kept itself updated in the dining areas.

The waiter (David) seems to be a police officer not a waiter. He is far from gentle and very rude! I’ve been to other red lobsters in NY and other places and had maybe the best service you could have. this branch has the worse customer service I’ve ever seen! Food is average! Greasy Cesar Salad!

I was a desperate traveler seeking food after a long day at Busch Gardens.
I regret coming here. I regret eating what they call «fresh seafood.»
I hated how my Caesar salad was drowning in dressing. And I felt extremely uncomfortable being watched by the policeman they hired for security.

Great service, good food, no wait!

Seriously, eating at a Red Lobster in Tampa with so many other great fresh fish places is unthinkable. Unfortunately that’s what one of my party wanted to do. Now I will defend his decision because he had a gift card and he is mentally challeged.
There were only four other groups/​couples eating when we arrive at 6:30PM to eat. That is not a good sign. The four of us were seated at a booth. I had the misfortune of sitting next to the wall. Or as I called it the past food gallery, there were so many splatters of food on the wall like they haven’t washed the walls in twenty years. It was gross.
Trying to find a fish that wasn’t fried, butter ladened, or swimming in cream sauce was difficult. I opted for the grilled tilapia with rice medley and a caesar salad.
I have to admit I love the cheddar biscuits. The ceasar salad was nicely done also. Well, except for the boxed croutons which taste stale.
The rice medley was okay. I just did not know what the brown crud mixed in with the rice was. The Tilapia was a different matter all together. It looked like a lot (6 pieces) but was really a fillet and a half of cut up fish. The first taste left me underwhelmed. No seasoning what so ever. So I salt and peppered it. It was still a bit bland. On tasting the second piece, one bite and I was done. When tilapia tastes fishy, you know it is past its prime. I was not about to get sick from this food.
I was about to say next time I will just order the salad but thought better of it. I will NEVER set foot in another Red Lobster again.
