This is a decent Sephora location. SAs are helpful and attentive, but the selection is just okay. They don’t stock everything the bigger stores stock and I’ve been pointed to the website or the International Mall location many times. It can get frustrating when they randomly stop carrying a product they used to carry which seems to happen with some frequency. There are always about a million people inside this store.
The location inside JCPenney at the same mall is nice too, I actually like it a little better. Maybe it’s just the more «cozy» atmosphere and that it’s always way less crowded than this one.
Overall, it’s a better option than Ulta across the street and easy to get in and out if you know what you’re looking for and if they stock it. Just be sure to check the site or call ahead if you really need to pick something up the same day, or you might be disappointed.

Sephora is a time sucking vortex, I literally could spend all day in there. I had a few questions about foundation and primer and got lots of help and recommendations.

I was happy to find this Sephora because Every other Sephora in the local area was sold out of the Divergent limited edition kit! On line at
, it said the Citrus Park location had it. So I trekked over to the mall, through JC Penney, because THAT’s where I thought Sephora was. Imagine my surprise when I found out that it wasn’t yet built.
Instead I had to wander through the mall to find the location! And find it I did. The moment i walked in, the girls were very happy to help me. I picked up the –very last– Divergent Limited Edition kit in the area and a nude lip liner. I am happy!

I’ll admit I’m not the biggest cosmetics freak in the universe — but this store definitely makes makeup fun, and makes me actually want to buy it. The rewards program is stellar. The girls who work there almost always have hiddeous makeup on, but shoppers don’t seem to mind.

This store is clean, has great selection and seems to be well-stocked. The testers are all in good condition (unlike Ulta). I got great service here by one of the vendor reps that was in the store for the day. Can’t really comment on the product knowledge of the store associates since I wasn’t working with them but they seemed pleasant enough.
