OMG the last review is SO correct!!! The owner/​manager Liz is the rudest business person I have experienced ever. She lies, seems annoyed when you talk to her. I bought GC from there to give away to customers and I will never do it again! I would rather take my last gc as a loss and donate to charity (her) than ruin my reputation in the business world!!!

the actual place was in a not-​so-​great part of town. the buidling was run-​down and the office the massage took place was dark and dingy.
on top of it all, this «wonderful» Liz was completely rude to me and my friend. unfortunately, i got stuck with Liz in the massage room where she continued to condenscend me and talk to me like an idiot the entire time. also, we paid for a 75 minute massage and both of us were back in our clothes and in the reception area in under 60 minutes. by the time we realized it, we decided to just get out of there. but before we could, the amazingly deluded staff put on a fake smile and reminded us about tipping.
overall, the massage was not horrible, but i would still recommend you go nowhere near this place and go to a more reputable and established business for your massage needs.

Don’t go to this place. After arriving at a gross office building, you will walk up a flight of stairs and down a dark and dank hallway to find a homemade sign for Serenity IHM. You wait patiently after knocking and ringing the doorbell. No answer. Then, call the number. No answer. Leave a message. No return call. Just go elsewhere. They aren’t worth the money, even if you get a groupon, because they don’t even show up for appointments made a month in advance! You have been warned!

To start with, the location is a joke, there is no large sign or even a central office in the plaza. Each room is it’s own, no hallway connecting all the massage rooms, there is no central waiting room, reception area, or office, rather just an outdoor hallway that connects everything on the second floor of the plaza.
The massage itself was okay, leaving me feeling better, but that should be automatic after an hour massage. Overall, I would say go somewhere else so it feels like a treat for your body, rather than nothing special.

Liz is the best massage therapist! She does excellent deep tissue and works on the likes of several sports teams in the area! She put my hips and shoulders back in alignment and I could lift my arms above my head!
She does a good job and is super great at deep tissue. She has been trained in Japan, Cali and Baltimore. I had a very hurt shoulder and within a few visits she fixed it enough so I could go back to work.
I suggest her to everyone that needs a medicinal massage. She does medical, sports & deep tissue. If you are looking for a lame, quick massge she is not your gal; otherwise prepared to be amazed!
