Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable of the product I took in for repair. Was able to replace a board in my brand new TV under warranty in less than 2 hours. Demonstrated the TV for me, answered all my questions, and helped me load/​unload the TV. Absolutely will refer them to family and friends, and suggest if you have a item requiring repair, you should go to them.
