Horrible horrible cable provider… It’s not the cable it’s the people… Unbelievable how some of the people there got jobs…

I wish I could give a zero!!! The worst service. 4 no shows over 2 days after scheduling appointments and trying to «fix» the error. When the tech shows up, he has the wrong modem and I’ll be charged an additional fee. The people on the phone are really nice and empathetic to your situation but nothing is done other than apologies. They continue to raise the prices and the service sucks!

Just cancelled my service over the phone. When asked why I was canceling I was honest stating that I found a better deal with another provider. The woman immediately became rude and sarcastic and told me I was getting«ripped off» and«lied to» by my new provider. Throughout the call she kept laughing to herself and saying things in a sarcastic manner like«good luck with the new service». I’ve never had someone be so rude to me on the phone in my life. Also my bill was $ 130 a month and the Internet service was constantly not working. My new service(which includes all the channels we watch) is $ 78. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote. I’m that mad.

I would give a zero if there was a choice. Its been 21 days with no cable. On hold for hours. Another no show. Make sure you go for fios or Directv. You need at least 45 min on a phone for a live person. There service is horrendous. Im going with hula, etc and dumping them. They are nice on the phone but nothing gets done. Brighthouse is as bright as night on Jupiter.
