Average Starbucks. Nothing stellar or bad to report. With only two people behind the counter they are able to produce a lot of drinks. My latte was acceptable.

Always have to wait in a long line at this location, but Starbucks quality at the end is always worth it.

Breakfast sandwich served cold in the middle! Disappointing considering the price. After a long line and a high price I expect a warm sandwich.

Starbucks factory — always a line, but they keep it moving. I was not impressed with the bananas(they were old and brown…). Service was fast and friendly and the coffee was good. I really wish they didn’t have all the standard airport fare though(water, fruit cups, etc are all the same everywhere).

We had a quick breakfast prior to our flight from TIA to BWI. The breakfast sandwich could be compared to McDonalds. Of course the coffee was good as usual. I wonder how average people can go here every day for breakfast and save money for a rainy day. I guess it is about carrying a Starbucks cup to show your status.

I really don’t want to wait 5 minutes while 2 employees figure out how to clock in and 2 other employees chat waiting for nothing. Just rude! It’s an airport and people are usually in a hurry. Get you customer service ON!!! Just a big disappointment!!!

Long lines. This is a kiosk Starbucks so they have very limited space. Still better than anything else in airside F.

This location usually has an extremely long line but thanks to being early wait time was relatively short. All the folks behind the counter were friendly and energetic but they don’t have any breakfast sandwiches.

For an airport Starbucks this one is always super efficient, well staffed and friendly. You may see a long line but do not fret as during peak times they have 2 registers going and kept things moving. Due to customers are all flying don’t make this your time to spend 10 minutes perusing the menu when you get to the counter. Do that while in line to keep things moving!

The servers were a little stressed but otherwise efficient. They were advertising the Christmas snowman cookies but they were not available at lunch time

This Starbucks crew ain’t the greatest. Very slow and inattentive compared to the hyperprofessionalism of most Starbucks employees. My standard drink was pretty lackluster, and my cinnamon twist was chewy. Meh. Weary bleary travelers appreciate a little kindness, and that touch of familiarity their favorite SB drink can provide. Though polite, this group could use some more training, some more pride in their work. An airport is a REALLY good place to keep people happy.

If this is the Starbucks at gate A, I have to say I’m sorely disappointed. Wow. Depending on who it is, the service is decent but they cannot choose slower staff to work here if they wanted to. There are plenty of green aprons around but I’ve never see folks move so slow. It nearly made me fall asleep watching them. Please pick up the pace folks. We need to catch a flight…

This Starbucks location is always crazy busy. I haven’t seen a time where the line did not extend past the end of the Starbucks booth and almost to the nearby boarding gate. If you are in a hurry, go around the corner to the Gulfcoast Mercantile and you can buy Starbucks frappuccino chilled drinks must quicker, if you can settle for that. This location doesn’t have hot breakfast sandwiches as well. Just muffins, breads and cold items.

Seriously how hard is it to make an grande ice tea in a venti cup with extra ice. Took four minutes to explain then they had the nerve to ask me why???

My personal opinion is that espresso during travel adventures is an absolute necessity of life. While everyone else orders caramel macchiato frappuccino half-caf whipped extra hot concoctions from the Starbucks corporate lab in Seattle Washington… I’m more than happy with a double espresso aka doppio. Amazingly, doppio is the actual authentic Italian word to order a double shot! It works at Starbucks and anywhere in Italy! However, the coffee quality in Italy is quite a bit different and to-go is definitely NOT an option. At this particular location, you cannot use the app to pay for reasons totally unclear to me. But, cash still works. Finally, Death Before Decaf!

I have to say that I have been through the airport many times, and I have not stopped in here till I noticed the prices were all the same for a sandwich. I do not normally buy sandwiches from Starbucks but decided to see what was there and had the chicken chipotle with the passion tea lemonade which is my favorite. The service was on par and was treated very well. I have always loved going to Starbucks because of the friendliness and the bathroom. This one did not disappoint

So I decided to try the new s’mores frappuccino. They said, «don’t sale that anymore» but it’s on the menu. What the heck.

They leave the pastry cases open and flies walking all over the food. I tell the girl, she laughs like shes stoned or under the influence. Coffee was as usual just wandered how many flies made it inside of my cup before she put a lid on it!

Not to crowded today but that varies. Employees were friendly. I ordered my pre flight caramel machiato and a pumpkin bread. Bread was rich with pumpkin flavor and heavy. I want something to last through two connections! Napkins, straws, and extras are on a different table so you are not holding up the line getting your coffee.

Very small and cramped, but does the job when you need some good coffee quick while catching a flight. Staff is pretty nice and tries to get your order fast. Line would go out the door when it’s busy and crowded, but that’s pretty much expected when it’s the only Starbucks for the airport terminal(there’s a larger location within the terminal, but that at Gate A AFTER your go through the security checks). I would not get coffee here or attempt to wait in line if its long and you have a flight to catch, because you would need to go through security after you getting this coffee, and they might ask you to toss it out when it comes to screening.

Typical airport location. The coffee is fine but you wait and wait if you catch it wrong. Typically not staffed properly to meet demand.

This is probably going to sound ridiculous, but the coffee and latte I purchased here at the airport on 12⁄28 were the best I’ve had at any Starbucks in a long time. Fresh, not bitter at all. The employees were sweet as can be and did a fantastic job balancing quality and speed. Kudos, all.

If you love Starbucks, well here ya go. Conveniently close to your gate so easy to grab something for your flight. Yup, you pay more because you’re at an airport, but you need to expect that. And if you are already a Starbucks fan, then you’re already used to spending way to much for coffee. But, I like knowing there is one close to my gate and that I will have a yummy drink and scone for my flight!

Its Starbucks! When you catch a 550am flight out of new Orleans to Tampa and get a coffee(double shot espresso) right outside the gate you just fell out of, yep! Better than sex!!! And in an airport, yep. you gotta wait in line since I’m not the only one who lives there… And yes, it’s not cheap!!! Since when did you ever have something CHEAP at the airport? A pack of gum is $ 3, and bottled water is $ 4…suck it up. Your traveling, expect it!!! Got another one in Atlanta 2 hrs later!!!

I need my coffee expediently. I do not have the patience or energy to stand in line for 25 minutes INANAIRPORT. sorry. You need more than 2 baristas during the morning shift INANAIRPORT. People have planes to catch. I do not have time to wait an additional 10 minutes for my latte after waiting 25 minutes on line. Yes, I am impatient. Yes, I am surly. Yes, I am kind of obnoxious on the Internet. But I will probably be back because I love Starbucks more than breathing but less than my cat.

Even though I am not a big fan of this corporate giant, I have to give the one in TIA praise. Staff was fast and knowledgeable to keep that constant line moving. Prices not much higher than their storefront location, which are too high, but for an airport, not bad. And as much as I dislike the company, their products are usually pretty good. I do love their whole wheat scones, they had cinnamon, it was terrific. What’s a girl to do? I just have a general dislike for companies that are corporate giants and prefer local business owners and supporting local economy.
