Supercuts

They are very poor with scheduling service. One haircut trip here is three hours. They say it will be 20 min wait and you will be waiting for three hours. They always short staffed.

Had been a loyal customer to this store since I moved here. Usually I had a satisifying experience. But today it was toe worst experience I ever had!!! This Mexican lady is the worst. First, if you do the job you’d better be professional, instead of talking to me ask me about my preference. She was chatting with another customer all the time about Mexican food.
I usually cut my hair 3.5 inches on sides and 4 on top. But without checking my preference on the system. She just cut it with number 3 and 4 razors. I understand There was some misunderstanding there, even she did a half ass job. So I was being nice just told her it is ok and finish it. But then she started to try to cover her mistake. Instead of saying sorry, she keep trying to educate me in here (supercuts) customer have to tell her what number of razor they need. And another Mexican lady tired to cover her ass as well by saying that I look great, they put my data in the system blah blah, as if doing me a favor.
I think that lady does not fit into this job, all she does is just using razor, I doubt she can use scissors at all. Definitely won’t go to this place again.

You can have your hair done quickly here at 15 dollars. But you need to pay more to have your hair washed. Washing before and after haircut is a free service where I come from, but this is OK…
I walked in twice and did not wait for too long. People work here are friendly and helpful. But the hair cutting skill is only OK.

Signed in at 10:50am and was quoted a 21 minute wait, which was fine. 11:40am and still have not been called, had multiple people come in after me without appointments be served. Asked what was going on and was told they were helping people out of order. Left without haircut as even more people were going to be assisted prior to me.

Even though I had to wait the experience was awesome. The young lady who cut my hair was superb and I was very impressed. I totally recommend this store.

They do great haircuts for the price, but my boyfriend and I had to wait over an hour and a half just to get a simple cut. Wish more people were working at one time…

Maria was exceptional. The reason for my visit was to repair a botched cut from a neighborhood stylist (not). Maria was very kind and professional. She explained ever step before cutting. I am very impressed and will definitely be returning. Thank you Maria!

I go to Supercuts because they are reasonably priced and to a great job on my hair. The stylists don’t push products or upsell either

Maria, the store manager is FANTASTIC!!! She is kind, welcoming, and an awesome stylist! I have naturally curly hair, as does she, so it helps that she understands the Florida weather and what it does to our hair type.
She is also VERY good at eyebrow waxing! She listened to my concerns and gave me the perfect arches!
A very clean and great place to go! I only suggest calling ahead, as some days are busier than others.

The staff at the hotel I was staying at referred me to Supercuts because I was in dire need of a root color touch up. I went in without and appointment and expressed a concern about the hair salon where I have been going that has been making my hair too dark and that I have been told I cannot have lighter hair. Maria, the manager took care of me right away and was absolutely amazing. SO much knowledge and professionalism not to mention warmth. I observed her manner of managing her staff and it was obvious that they were all very happy to work there and work hard for her because she treated each staff member with complete respect. I might try to work my business trips around my root touch up needs just so I can have Marie do my hair each time.

I am one of those guys who does not require a haircut that takes a lot of time and I certainly don’t need to go to an over priced Salon and sit in a chair to have a hipster type personality with 5 different colors in their hair to tell me how my hair will «pop» once they are done with it.
My hair is simple and easy. I like this Supercuts location because it is close to my work and my home, so I can pop in when it is convenient. The longest amount of wait time I’ve ever experienced is maybe 30 mins. The staff here is very friendly. I like my girl, Lindsey who is a younger, sweet girl who knows what I am trying to do with my hair ultimately and knows how to make it look great.
The prices are pretty reasonable and they offer a lot of other services. I sometimes will get my eyebrows waxed here. They also have a wide range of great hair products. I swear by the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree pomade! Its amazing!
The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. And of course it’s always fun to just sit and listen to people talk and tell stories in a hair salon. Sometimes, I wonder if some of these places shouldn’t be listed as registered pshycologists offices as well. Until then, I’ll always go here!
