Home Depot is a great place to shop. Has almost everything you need. I know Lowes is really there only other competition. I just curious as to why there are 20 registers and only 2 or 3 tops ever open. Also how come no one at Home Depot is ever available to help you. It seems like you can never find someone to answer your questions. Don’t get me wrong when you find someone they are usually very knowledgable. If you ever really need help. Find an orange Home Depot ladder in an aisle and climb on to it. You will have more help than you need immediately!

If you don’t need anyone in the store to do anything, perfect place to shop. Otherwise if you require workers to interact with you and actually do their job, go to Lowes

Can’t speak for the other departments but FLOORING department is horrible. The wait is always at least 20 minutes until you receive assistance. Ordered my blinds on October 2, 2015 and today is October 21, 2015 and they haven’t even put the order after someone came to measure 2 weeks ago. Sad!!! Just hang up blankets, it is easier, cheaper, and less frustrating.

My favorite Home depot. They almost always have what I need and if its not in stock they can tell me when it will be in stock. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Went to tiling department for assistance. I asked the lady at the desk to help me look up something online and she told me it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. I ended up going to customer service and had to look it up myself. So anyway after i found it the nice lady behind the customer service desk came over with me to locate the correct tiles to match paint to. It took me a matter of minutes but i was pressed for time and someone in the tile department should have had enough product knowledge that if she had gotten off her butt it would have saved me time. The other girl and i found it in a few min. I have always been treated well in this store. This was just pure laziness.

Megan helped me in home and garden to design and plan what I was going to plant she was so very helpful and was so knowledgeable and I appreciate Megan so much and then Henry helped me load everything that I needed and I could not of done it without them thank you so much Home Depot

This is a great location in New Tampa. They have great prices and wonderful customer service. I was looking for a replacement filter for my new home and found it no problem. They also offer a «Veteran Discount» when you show your military or veteran ID card. I received 10% off my total purchase. Not a bad deal! I totally recommend this location if you want helpful service and a great consumer experience.

I purchased some speakers last weekend from a man down the street. I thought it would be a simple transition in my living room. What followed was a number of trips to hardware stores, including one to the Home Depot.
Almost as soon as I entered the Home Depot I was approached by an employee who wanted to help. It wasn’t one of those annoying how can I help like in a car dealership or one that lacked sincerity. I really felt she wanted to help. After leading us where we needed to go she stepped back and let us make our decision. We went to two other spots in the store and each time a different employee offered us their assistance. I got the sense that the employees really wanted to help. This made our visit a lot quicker. It also ensured that I didn’t return home with the wrong item (as I’ve been known to do).

Oh My Gosh! Super tremendously helpful. Dana and Bonnie helped us since we were buying a lawn mower and trimmer, and stuff for our lawn. We just bought our first house, and sad to say are completely clueless but will learn fast. They had the most exceptional customer service ever. They answered all of our questions. Gave us exceptional suggestions. They really went above and beyond for us. It was really our first time shopping at home depot. We had been before, but it was not a big deal before we had a house. Now it is, and we know we will be back with confidence knowing they will be able to best assist us and guide us. What a great place with great people, who will help you big time. There’s nothing better than that.
