Dick’s Sporting Goods

Well the products are over price and some of the staff are friggin airheads. They have a Ditsy blonde who never ran a day in her life running the shoe depo. I asked her for a shoe size 9.5−10 while the store was completely dead mind you. She went in the first time and brough back a 6! I told her I was in a hurry. So she goes back for awhile then Comes back out after im waiting and says ‚“um, what size is it again.” For the third time I told her and she finally got it right. Now I got my pathfinder kayak here as well I love the kayak and the product is awesome however once again dealing with air heads… I can never find a worker on the floor… after the purchase the guy was to assist me loading the kayak… I waited outside after I went in and grabbed the thing myself, luckily im strong and could carry the thing because it was pretty friggin heavy. The dude finally came out n helped lift it and me and my friend tied it to her jeep. Id say products are great just over priced. Also there should be far more workers interacting with customers on the floor asking if they can help etc. They kind of just stand the like zombies. …im going today to make some returns we will see how well it goes. …
