This place has so many problems it’s difficult to find a starting spot.
Their equipment is rusty, unsafe and out of date.
They drop boats, they damage boats and hope you don’t notice.
Customer service is not a concept they are aware of.
Getting your boat into and out of the water is like watching the Keystone cops.
All in all, their problems start with the management. His Name is Jim. Jim hides his head in the sand and cowards from facing any issues. I have tried to get up with him on 4 occasions. Jim doesn’t answer or return phone calls, and he hides on site when he finds out somebody is looking to speak to him. Pathetic !
There are many good marinas in the area. Save yourself the heartache and the problems you will inevitably encounter. Go somewhere else.
PS The restaurant is great. If the owner of the restaurant ran the marina it may be a different story?
