Beautiful spa. Excellent customer service. Beautiful lounge for you to wait or relax before and after, with beautifully presented tasty morsels of treats, veggie crudités and fresh berries. Amazing Swedish massage, one of the best I have experienced and I have had 100s of massages all over the world. Request James for your appt, he is truly one of the best.

I was a guest at the Castle Hotel and called for availability and book some services, including a VIP room as I needed some privacy after some medical treatments that I had recently. I was put on hold and the person who answered had no idea what I had told the first female receptionist, so before I could start over the second male receptionist interrupted me and said I would get a call back from the female. She never called and I was left waiting for a day whether I would get to go to the spa or not. Guess they are too busy for my money.

My boyfriend and I got the 60 minute Swedish couples massage in the VIP room. The customer service was outstanding. Everything was very clean. You even get to pick your scent!

Beautiful spa! Very relaxing and staff really nice. They have two ‘relaxation rooms’ before/​after treatments, a whirlpool, and a steam room. Front desk area very attentive. Liked that you stayed in the same room for both facial and massage.
Had the Aroma-​Lymphatic Massage… this was a very relaxing & gentle massage. Then had a facial… ehhh. Was more of a massage for the face… no cleaning or extractions, even though the name of the facial is Nano Shisho Extract. Oatmeal scrub was still on my face once the facial was over; had to ask for a warm towel to clean off my face. My friend had the same facial and she came out with oatmeal scrub on her face as well. For a $ 130+ facial, why are you letting your clients leave with scrub on their face?
At checkout, they include the tip automatically…22.5%. While it’s great not having to figure out the math with the tip, I may not feel each technician deserves 22.5% (might want to give more or less). Can make checkout a bit awkward.
Nice spa, good spot to go for a girls’ spa afternoon… but stick with the massage. not the facial.

I loved the spa! It was great and very relaxing. I’ve never received a massage before, but after this one I will come back very soon. Linda was awesome!
