The one star is for his staff, they were nice.
Waste of time and money. Dr Ouzounian was rude (he told me that he liked it that I didn’t talk, and when I asked him a question about my situation, he rudely reminded me he had complimented me on not talking!), and completely unhelpful. He pushed around on the injury, and re-​injured my foot, setting me back several weeks of healing and caused me a significant amount of pain and swelling. He did not give me results of any of the MRIs or x-​rays (they also charge $ 25 to get a copy of x-​rays). He was unprofessional and greedy. It seemed like all he did was schedule appointments and bill my insurance company. He did nothing to help me! I am incredibly frustrated with the way I was treated. I would only recommend going here if you like being mistreated, getting no help, and paying copious amounts of money. Do not waste your time!

I went for a heel issue and suddenly I have a problem with the achilles. Offered over the counter inserts for my heel problem. You think I hadn’t tried them before? Seriously? Waste of my time, energy and effort to alleviate my foot pain. He was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Very professional very knowledgeable and very helpful very understanding I recommend Dr. Ouzounian very highly!

I have seen so many podiatrists and orthopedic surgeons for an ongoing problem I’ve had for about a year. None of the doctors had answers and one even told me I was an anomaly. But Dr. O was patient and eager to help me find a cure. I ended up having surgery and I’m so glad he was the one to do it! He definitely knows what he’s doing and made me feel really comfortable in my healing process. I would recommend him a hundred times!
