Sam was such a sweetheart when it came to coordinating the delivery of my mom’s birthday flowers! He was so patient, and answered all of my questions with an impressive, friendly, and professional manner. He made suggestions so that by the time he was done, the flowers were even better than exactly what I wanted. The delivery was prompt, and my mom was truly surprised with her gift. The flowers I plan on using Panache for all of my future flower needs. Thank you guys!

Very rude shop manager, I called to see about day-​old flower donations for a church event and was called «insane» on the phone as the manager continued to explain how people «work to their death» around Valentine’s Day. Joking or not, it came across very rude and offensive and I would not want to even consider actually utilizing this florist for a purchase. Yes, I get Valentine’s Day is busy… but because I don’t work at a florist, I have no true clue about what is done with day-​old flowers.
Very turned off by this shop.
