The Flower Factory

I am basing this review in the gorgeous flowers I revived on Tuesday, that are still looking fresh and beautiful. I do not know how their prices are, just that the arraignment is lovely and the flowers are holding up great.

Came in today the staff is very nice and helpful and the arrangement I made was beautiful, thanks.

I called pretty last minute this morning at 7:00 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m., Funeral Mass. Simon (owner) made it happen with a special arrangement that would be delivered on time! Again the «Flower Factory» have exceeded my expectations with their customer service, arrangement abilities, and delivery times.
Wonderful place to order delivery flowers! I have been ordering from them for 15 years plus. All their arrangement are unique and beautiful. It also stayed fresh and continued to look pretty for weeks. Still the Best Place to Order Flowers/​Plants. Their store is amazing too — I never leave empty handed

If this rating was about the arrangement I designed I would give them 5 stars.
If it was about how long the flowers lasted I would give them 5 stars.
If it was about the cost as per the value of the arrangement I would give them 5 stars.
But because of the two men who appeared to be the owners I would have to give one star.
They are the rudest, most appraisive, inflexible, and nasty men we had ever met. We asked if the designer could please text us a photo of this almost $ 200.00 floral arrangement before it was sent.
He ranted on with such anger about «if I do that you people will want to change this and that and it causes too many problems.»
I assured him I would make absolutely no changes, I just wanted the joy of knowing what was sent as I would never get an opportunity to see it. He refused shaking his finger in my face with a look of such rage I felt terrified. Wouldn’t step foot in that place again unless I saw a huge sign reading «under new ownership»

Simon and his Staff did an awesome job creating a beautiful accent piece. I brought in this wood and had an idea but when I came back to pick up the finished product, it was more than what I expected. He actually flipped the piece over and placed the succulents where you see them in this picture. A totally different look than I imagined and even better! It’s amazing!
I have been coming to Simon for the past 8 yrs now since my daughters were 5 yrs old, attending dance recitals. His flowers are vibrant and fresh and beyond gorgeous!!!

This is my absolute favorite place in the valley, or in general. The florists are completely professional and my gf is ALWAYS satisfied with the bouquets from them. Flowers in the shop are also always fresh looking and the place has the cutest little odds and ends for gifts.
I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Read the rest of this review knowing that I was called with a sincere apology for the mistakes that were made. The person receiving the gifts now has another bouquet of flowers and a corrected card with an extra apology card. That being said, the number of stars has been bumped but it would be unfair to prospective customers to remove the rest of my story:
«Happy Not Quite Valentine’s Day, (their name)! XD Sorry I had to send this directly to your work! I figured it’d be near impossible to get them to your home. (three text hearts I typed myself) (my name)»
[yelp for some reason doesn’t allow Less Than or Angle brackets]
That’s basically what it should have said. Instead, directly was changed to «FIRECTLY», the hearts were removed and your is now «UR». Not to mention THERE WERE NO $ 10 chocolates. Sure, the flowers arrived on time, but at what cost? I make a phone call to correct the mistake giving them the benefit of the doubt and the person on the phone goes over it with me saying they’ll deliver the chocolates and fix the card. The person receiving the gift gets the chocolates in a reasonable amount of time BUT THE CARD STILL SAYS FIRECTLY and UR. My typed hearts became stamped hearts? On time and nice arrangement but it’s half of the items it should have been as well as a double misprint.

My very expensive flowers died in 3 days. Also arrived with big gaps and broken flowers. Will never use this shop again.

My husband buys me a beautiful rose just about every week from The Flower Factory. Usually he buys red but he’s also brought me pink, lavendar, and orange … all fresh and uniquely adorned with ribbon and foliage to complement the color of each rose. Last week, The Flower Factory dyed a white rose blue for us so we could celebrate when our son and daughter in law revealed the gender of our grandchild due in June. Awesome service!

I order some flowers through pro-​flowers which in turn used this shop to create the bouquet and do the delivery, unfortunately the flowers (which I paid $ 60 for) were not only smaller then in the photo but also wilted and broken! When I called to have this issue resolved I was told that I had to deal with pro-​flowers not the shop, problem is when I called pro-​flowers they said there was nothing they could do that they had to contact the florist. So after 30 mins of back and forth followed by 20 mins on hold the foreign operator proceeded to tell me that the florist would do nothing to help cause they felt they had fulfilled their part, and that pro-​flowers would be willing to give me 10% back. After speaking to the manager at length I walked away unsatisfied with a measly 20% ($ 6.95) back on my card. Would not recommend this place or Pro-​flowers to anyone looking to get a good deal on fresh flowers.

This was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Thank you soooo much Halie for all the help. You listened and delivered beautiful flowers to my girl. The flowers made her day.

I definitely will return to this store… Beautiful arrangements, and very nice staff.

Ordered @ 7am to get my flowers delivered by noon same day.
I chose this place over the less expensive «Flowers Delivery Express» because of an online scandal on Unilocal showing that that place’s flowers never look like what you order, etc.
I’ll give this place SOME credit. my delivery arrived when they promised, they delivered the flowers that looked pretty close to what I ordered, the chocolate was delivered as well, but they FORGOT the balloons! (Correction: they were given to someone else in the delivery route)
I normally would not care about what seems to be a small error but when I’m paying for over $ 100 in flowers or better yet, an extra $ 20 for THREE balloons that I could get for $ 5 myself at a grocery store. I expect for the order to be done correctly.
Flower delivery has a premium price, it better come with premium service, no excuses.

I’m so glad I left Conroy’s and came to The Flower Factory. The lady who helped me was friendly and attentive the moment I entered the store and most of all she created an awesome bouquet for my budget. If I could rate The Flower Factory 10 stars I would! Thanks so much!

This is the second year we have used the FLOWER FACTORY for our family foundation fundraiser. FLOWER FACTORY came thru again creating beautiful floral arrangements on a very tight budget. I also use them for personal and other events. I used them for a baby shower. gave them a copy of the invitation and they created 6 beautiful table center pieces

Ordered flower online at 7:30 in the morning, got an confirmation back in 5 min. Simon emailed me and walked me through. Every step of the order and my order was delivered before 11 same day. I will definitely go back and make my future orders with him.

I found the Flower Factory on Unilocal after going to Gelsons to hopefully find something special for a friends Birthday. After being told there was no one to help me with flowers for an hour I decided to leave and never go back… But I still needed some extraordinary flowers for my friend… I found Flower Factory on Unilocal and I will NEVER look any where else for beautiful unusual flowers exceptional friendly help and not overpriced like it would have been at the other place!

I recently spoke with Simon from The Flower Factory about putting 3 bouquet for my wife, mother, and mother in law. I was AMAZED with how helpful they were from assisting me in finding the right flowers and color scheme to putting together 3 spectacular arrangements. I uploaded the photos I got from each of the 3 women thanking me for the absolutely beautiful flowers. I couldn’t say enough great things about this place and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I told the designer exactly what my vision was for a centerpiece that would be the focal point at my daughter’s Law School Graduation Party at the Silver Trumpet Restaurant and Bar in Costa Mesa. I picked out a few ballons, a «peace» trinket and asked for suggestions regarding arrangement and flowers. Next day pick up was smooth however more importantly the arrangement was ready and everything the floral designer promised was actualized. This is basically a THANK YOU to The Flower Factory for being instrumental in my daughter’s graduation party and for creating a floral masterpiece that would be remembered for a long time afterwards. She will pass the California State Bar Exam in July and your arrangement was part of the process in getting her there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I always pass by this store on my way home and saw the Unilocal reviews and always wanted to stop by. I had the perfect opportunity a few weeks ago on Palm Sunday and I wanted to get a beautiful bouquet for Jesus and since my mom was bugging me to buy a birthday card, I thought I would kill two birds with one stone.
I came in and was greeted immediately. Then one of the florists asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I wasn’t really sure. All I knew was that I wanted palms in the bouquet. Then I was entranced by these gorgeous deep red dahlias… perfect! I told her I wanted to spend about $ 20-​$ 25 and she made me a beautiful bouquet of palms and dahlias and these other green flowers that have actually survived for a week and a half now.
Even my bf bought a beautiful bouquet of full red roses from here. My God! They are so gorgeous!
The Flower Factory really has some spectacular flowers and the florists know their stuff! They will answer any of your floral questions and fulfill any of your floral needs.
