I was pleasantly surprised by the doctors and staff at this office! Everyone was great! I saw Dr. Leibovitch, who is just one of the kindest, most patient and thorough doctors ever! What a find! I can’t believe how many doctors I have had who are not! They usually seem rushed, disinterested, arrogant, and condescending. (My boss kept changing our insurance, so I’ve had several different doctors over the years.) I just heard from Dr. Silverstein today. He actually called me with my x-​ray results. I don’t remember the last time a doctor called and talked to me directly. He, too, was exceptionally nice! I feel like I am finally it good hands.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Silverstein for 18 years. He is an excellent diagnostician and I credit him for saving my life and my son’s life. It has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment with him. He even has recommended to use urgent care.
On Dr. Silverstein’s staff is nurse practitioner Debra Zweifel-​Poehmann. We now see her because she is much more available. I called for an appointment on Monday and she saw me that day for my problem. She listened, cared, asked the correct questions and prescribed for me the right treatment. My husband saw her last week. She spent an incredible amount of time with him and even made several calls to other doctors to help clarify some ongoing problems after his surgery.
Debra is truly all about patient care. I have never met a more proactive and caring health professional.

Debra is a great nurse practitioner. Very caring and takes the time to find out what is bothering you. She always offers alternatives. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and have been going here for 5 years. They are always on time and very competent. The negative reviews are pointed in the wrong direction.

Impossible to get an appointment with. I have been a patient for over a year and have only been able to get an appointment with nurse practitioner Debra who is completely incompetent. I was pregnant with the flu having fevers and she would not prescribe me anything that would actually make me feel better. Said I should basically suck it up because I am pregnant and only take Tylenol. Four weeks later I was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage, turns out baby stopped growing around the same time I was having those fevers. Coincidence? Perhaps, but I cannot shake the lack of compassion she had for my suffering. I do not recommend this practice. If you need to make an appointment because you are sick and feeling terrible, forget about it, they are always completely booked (or double booked).

Saw Nurse practitioner Debra Zweifel-​Poehlmann today at Dr. Silversteins office and i am so happy I was able to see her. She was very kind, Patient, listened to my issues and was proactive in getting to the bottom of my problem. The office is warm and professional. Im happy to have found a Drs office I feel comfortable with that actually cares about their patients.

I saw the Nurse Prac. «Debra» who was WONDERFUL. The problem is the front office staff. They are sooo very rude. I have had to call their office 3 times and it has been difficult to get a kind person on the phone. :(
