DR. WONG is pleasant enough but the whole FACEY Medical is impersonal and you can’t get basic questions answered. NOT IMPRESSED with the Front office staff who are arrogant and ill informed.

I am absolutely disgusted at the business practice of this dr. I was looking for a new OB, so I went to meet with a few in person. Dr Diana Wong was one of them.
I literally shook hands with this woman and had a 4 – 5 minute chat with her in her office. No exam, no vitals taken, nothing. Just a friendly introduction so I could meet the dr face to face.
I have since been sent a bill for $ 205. You have got to be kidding me. I have absolutely no idea what this bill is for, and when I called her office all the receptionist said is that it was billed as an office visit.
Is meeting a dr to see if you want to go to them now considered the same as a medical office visit?
unbelievable.
I will be reporting this to as many places as I possibly can. This is appalling. Shame on this Dr.

If I could give this doctor negative stars, I would. I was charged absurd amounts (EVEN THROUGH INSURANCE) on items I am sure they know would not be fully covered in order for the patient to pay the remainder. Most of the tests I don’t even remember ordering!!! I have NO idea what I ended up paying to this doctor and god knows the ONLY reason I did is for it not to be sent as non-​payment. I will NEVER recommend this doctor and will NEVER go here again. Go ANYWHERE else!

My OB of more than 10 years. She delivered all three of my kids. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She runs her office efficiently. She is thorough and she took fabulous care of all four of us.
