I usually am not a fan of chain restaurants… but I came here for a quick lunch while my oil was being changed. I enjoyed a delicious glass of New Zealand sauvignon blanc and actually enjoyed my chicken piccata. Crispy and tasty to the last bite. The service was actually pretty good too!

I know I shouldn’t expect much, but the food was just gross !! The rigatoni broc chicken with lemon garlic cream sauce — broc was mushy, sauce was completely tasteless no matter how much cheese, salt, pepper was added without any lemon flavor at all. It actually had a strange taste. Caesar salad dressing was straight from the bottle. The pizza crust rolls were good and service was very good. It was almost $ 50 for 2 side salads and 2 chicken broccoli. Never again !

Went on a Friday evening. Good food. Server was good, but service as a whole was extremely slow. Not talking relaxed slow, we’re talking extremely slow. Won’t return again. Used to like that joint too.

This is chain Italian food. Edible for sure… great…not so much. If you need a meal, like Italian, and like it predictable… check it out. The service is always good, the price reasonable and the restaurant is clean. What else can you ask?

Worst experience ever. Took the survey on our receipt and never heard from the company again. They apparently have no priority on customer resolution. For starters we were skipped over TWICE on the wait list, when I brought it to someone’s attention, he said«oh sorry, my bad» and we preceded to wait for 10 more minutes. Server was great but our food came out too fast even after we asked her to submit our order after our app was done to give us time. We never received our salads we paid for. A manager was walking around greeting tables and checking in with the customers, not once did he come by, in fact he ignored us and walked past our table multiple times. I get its a chain restaurant and you can’t expect too much from them but cmon so mad we wasted our time and money here!

I ordered the Chicken Marsala and the chicken was good but the sides were cold… The food is usually pretty decent here, the one thing they lack is a competent serving staff. This could very well deter me from returning in the future.

I had the lobster shrimp risotto. It was one of the most well made and tasty dishes I’ve had out that wasn’t made by myself. I have already recommended it to family already. As it is lent for many of us Catholics I would highly recommend this dish for Friday’s.

Came here for dinner with my wife on a rather quite early Saturday evening. No wait at all and service was good. We had Tina as our waitress and she really was good. She was friendly, smiled often, and very prompt with our requests. Food was good. I had the Marguerite(sp?) Pizza. Very tasty and fresh. My wife had the ensalta with grilled chicken. She indcated that it was also fresh and tasty. Our one and only complaint is that a gentleman that was bussing tables, for his personal reasons(assuming that he was warm) decided to open a door that led to the mall. By him doing that, it simply let in raw and cold air. I requested that he shut the door and he had our waitress shut it, I guess it is due to the fact that he was too busy bussing tables. Overall, it was a solid and decent experience. We have been here in the past on multiple occassions, all visits have been decent.

I decided to treat myself for lunch one afternoon while I was at work at the Taunton mall. I knew that I was going to pay an arm and a leg here but it was worth it. I had a nice meal! I got a meal deal, which actually wasn’t pricey that came with the bread, a salad and a flatbread pizza for 7.99. The bread was tasty, salad was fine, the Margherita flatbread I got was tasty, but hard to eat. The mozzarella was fresh, so they basically cut it in huge chunks, which is normal, but now when the mozzarella cools down, the entire piece of cheese falls off of the slice when you are trying to eat it. So I found myself eating with a fork and knife. The place was dead. I mean really dead. As a doornail. How they stay open in this mall that there is no one at is beyond me. The only problem that I found was the general atmosphere. I found it formal to a fault. I was sitting at the bar to eat, and felt uncomfortable because I was alone. I hate that feeling. Service was decent. The bartender was not very talkative, but I only had to search for her once so I suppose that’s good.
