GREAT customer service, BUT they are expensive. If I didn’t have a Torrid Credit Card I probably wouldn’t shop there very much. Nice clothes for plus size ladies who want to be sexy and fashionable but $ 40 for a shirt is a bit much. Plus you’ll find a better selection online than in the stores sometimes. Seems like the best stuff is online exclusive.

I used to shop here all the time back around 2002, it had been a few years since I stepped foot in there and I did so last week! I was pleasantly surprised with the clothes they had. I really like a lot of the stuff, they have definitely updated the kind of styles they have. I do find clothes in general of my liking to be a bit expensive at full price and same goes for this place. I have to fall in love with it to pay full price. They do have a clearance section though, I do wish it was a tad larger and had more wiggle room ’cause it does seem packed full. If you start gathering some pieces the girls will offer to start a dressing room for you and the area they put them on is nice. It’s not the standard knobs or hooks like most places. One side of the wall is a whole(attractive looking) rack. **Update** My biggest compliant isn’t with this location specifically but the brand itself. I dislike their sizing. I find many of the sizing in their shirts are inconsistent. One shirt I can be a 0 while another I am a 2. The same way with their pants, which all together their Skinny Jeans I am not a fan of. I tried on a dozen pairs and none fit me right. I ended up having to go somewhere else and found a perfect pair of Skinny Jeans. At Torrid one pair in particular the girl said most people had to go down a size to fit but I would have had to go up. The waist to leg sizes are all wrong and are just not made for all body types, definitely not mine. The girls are nice and pretty helpful though!

Torrid is one of my fave places to shop. They are current with their style and trends. Its sucks that the drive for me is about 1 hour but it’s worth it. Shop here and embrace your curvacious, fabulous body!

I had been shopping on since it came out and was ecstatic that a store was opening in my state. Though it’s a 40 minute drive, it’s so worth it. The staff is so amazingly nice and treat you like royalty. They even recommend things that could go with things you’ve already picked out. Also, they offer to take all of your stuff into a dressing room and reserve it for you so you don’t have to lug it around. When you get in, all the stuff is arranged nicely on the wall. It’s great. The dressing rooms are also rather roomy and have a great, full mirror. The only bone I have to pick with the store is that it’s far too small! I can totally understand why, as the rent amount would surpass the demand for plus-sized clothing(every time I go in, there are 5 people at MOST there). The clearance section isn’t very big either and is secluded to a corner in the back. Stuff can get rather expensive too — the clearance can be the same way. I still love this store though and have been shopping here for years. I got both of my prom dresses here and will continue to shop here for as long as I can!
