I was at Macy’s at the Galleria Mall yesterday to get a dress shirt and had the pleasure of Norma helping me. I wasn’t exactly sure of the size, so she didn’t hesitate to take my measurements and spent a lot of time walking around with me, helping me find options and looking at the inventory to see what they had.
It wasn’t because she had nothing to do, she was plenty busy, but I could tell she was all about customer service. The 5 stars on here are for Norma who helped me have a great shopping experience, even though it was only for a single shirt.

My friend was looking for a sexy dress for her 25th birthday. I asked a sales associate if they had any tight, sexy dresses (I made sure to mention my friends age and the occasion). She pointed me towards some junior dresses and said «but we don’t like people like that here.» And I said «well you should if she’s going to be spending money in your store.» She just repeated herself and I walked away. Me and my friend informed the manager immediately. All the sales associates there are over 60, so only ask for help if you want a turtle neck and dress pants. The words «prudish» and «old fashioned» doesn’t even cover it.
