Sears

I shop at Sears stores all the time. The Taunton location gave me the WORST service. I bought a flashlight at my nearby store a few weeks ago, and it broke after using it once. How ridiculous. I wanted to exchange it for another one, so brought it in, assuming there wouldn’t be any issue with the EVEN exchange what so ever. So I made the trip up the escalators to the tools department to get another flashlight (the same exact one), and went to the register. Manager Brian said I HAD to have the receipt to do ANYTHING with the flashlight (heck, it cost $ 3). Following the experience I went to my local Sears in Dedham and returned it with no issue what so ever. Praise the Dedham Sears. Skip the Taunton Location. This mall is full of junk anyway. Just go to Westgate or Natick. Don’t even bother.
For the actual store, it seemed not to have nearly as much clothing as other Sears locations, and just didn’t have much inventory at all. The rest of the staff were all ok but everyone wan’t friendly enough for me to come back. I bought a few things, but still am mad at this store. 2 stars.
Located on Galleria Mall Drive, at the Silver City Galleria in Taunton. Exit 12A off Rt. 24.

Specifically, had a good experience twice with Coulton (Colton?) in the appliances center.
I tried to call the manager to mention it directly but she didn’t answer her phone (understandable, it was Saturday and Sunday) and it didn’t go to voicemail.
