Dunkin’ Donuts

Ordered a #10 Faltbread sandwich with hash browns. Did not get the hash browns. Went inside to let them know. Staff insisted «it does not come with hash browns.» Asked to speak to a manager. I explained to him that the sign at the drive thru specifically says that the combo comes with hash browns. The Manager, Kevin DeAlmeida, said the combo did not used to come with hash browns, but it does now.
However, Kevin stated that the digital register system they use does not include hash browns for the order. Since the staff believes that the combo does not come with hash browns, I guess no one will get them unless they go back inside and ask for the hash browns and then speak to a manager and have a conversation as lame as the conversation I just had with Kevin the manager.
I’ll just go to another Dunkin Donuts instead. This place won’t get my business again.

I have been to this Dunkin’ Donuts several times, and the service has been horrible nearly every time.
A couple of weeks ago, despite being the only customer in there, I waited nearly 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. Before placing my order, I told the cashier I only had a $ 100 bill, and she assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. Nevertheless, when she went to ring me up, she couldn’t make change for me. It took another 5 minutes for the supervisor to walk over and tell me that there was NOTHING she could do. She didn’t even apologize; instead, she actually scowled at me. After being in there almost a half hour, I walked out with nothing.
Today, as I stood in line, I noticed several flies buzzing around the donuts. I ordered a coffee with almond milk, like I always do. When I got home and took the lid off of my coffee, I saw that it was practically black, with maybe a drop of almond milk in it. This is particularly vexing because almond milk costs extra.

Going from Dunkin to Dunkin is never the same. People make the same coffee different ways and there is no real constancy. This particular location I favor. The largest downfall is if you go during prime hours there is a very long line for the drive thru. The actual Dunkin parking lot is small however it is located within a bigger parking lot.
I always order the same drink when going and this is one of the few locations that makes it right and I don’t seem to have an issue with. They are also open 24 hours and do have the full menu.
