Can’t understand why the 2 star rating. I walked in at lunch was pleasantly greeted and seated immediately. I was greeted by my server in less than a minute. Ordered ate the salad. One of the best salad bars to be found. Great overall experience

I would have loved to give this place 3 stars. The food was pretty good, the salad bar is always good at Ruby’s, and the meal was okay. The reason for the two stars was the extremely slow service. Sunday night, almost no one in the restaurant, and the service was so slowwww! I started my meal with the salad bar, which I said is always good. The best thing that they have is brown bread croutons. I always take to many of them, but they are yummy. Other than that standard salad bar fare, always fresh, and always cold. For my entrée I had The Cajun Grilled Ribeye, medium rare. It was pretty much cooked correctly, very flavorful. Along with a side of Asparagus a pretty good meal.

I really want this place to be better. Went with my son and was seated in the back area all by ourselves which was great. Order a few beers and a $ 20 meal each. My son notice my mashed potato’s where a different color than his. Everything else was cooked to death. Really overpriced for what was delivered which was over salted and sauced. Side note, my nephew works at one and says they rock four microwaves and nothing is fresh. I believe it. 1 minute into our meal and the guy seating people brings a couple with two children under 3 to sit right behind us. I mean he walked by five sets of side by side empty booths to get there, and by other families sitting up front on the other side. Of course the kids are kids and extremely loud and the«wonderful» parents just play along even louder. It’s like we are suddenly in Mr Rogers neighborhood while I listened to Dad going out of his way to loudly explain why they need to keep the menu because the little one liked to chew on it. We choked down our food since all conversation was now impossible and left. I talked to the kid seating people and explained how we would had spent more time and money if he didn’t drive us out by putting a family in our lap. I was meet by the kind of obtuse stare and listless response that made it clear that he didn’t give a rats behind about anything. I wish it was an isolated incident but it’s not. This place is 50⁄50 at best and you never see the same workers twice. Stay far away

WOW… Great service. The salad bar was freshly stocked, clean and best of all everything was nicely chilled. The burgers were juicy. The coconut shrimp were sensational. The petite sirloin was to die for. This is one chain restaurant that has done a 100% turnaround in the past year or so. I don’t know if it’s the influence of the former Darden restaurants leadership team but whatever it is, it’s working. The manager Mike was very attentive personable and generally concerned about our comments. Be sure to tell your friends not to listen to any old negative reviews Ruby Tuesday’s is now five stars all the way…

Ruby tuesdays soon to be a thing in the past. went for my first time, and quickly realized I should have gone to the Wendy’s behind it. The waiter was good I guess. It was so slow he could have made the drinks and food himself, which he might of done considering it took forever for both. My cocktail tasted like bleach and my burger was on a pretzel roll that they must have found underneath the grill since it was so stale. Currently use ruby tuesdays as an inside joke with my friends when talking about where to grab some food.

I should start by saying that I’m a huge fan of the Ruby Tuesday restaurant chain. I love their minis and, of course the fantastic salad bar. This was my first visit to this particular restaurant and I have to say, «Meh. Not so much.». The place was clean and we received reasonable attention from our server, but the food itself was a disappointment. The salad bar was less than adequately stocked and what was there had been kept so cold that some of it was frozen. The Buffalo chicken minis took about 25 minutes to come out and were not particularly warm when they did. While still tasty, it seemed like quite a wait for not hot food.

I love Ruby Tuesday’s, and this location is no exception! I have frequented this location between six to ten times, and have always had excellent service. The waitresses/waiters are attentive and helpful with menu selections. I have always been taken good care of! The food is also very good! I am a vegetarian, and they have many good options for vegetarians. I will admit– I do love Ruby’s for the salad bar! I find that the salad bar is clean, well stocked and well staffed. I really enjoy this place for the salad bar. The location is quite good as well. The restaurant itself seems well maintained and the décor is nice. I have not been here during a time when it was too noisy or crowded. Everything is always exactly how I expect it.

The worst experience I have ever had! First my fiancé has a shellfish allergy and he wasn’t able to eat much here because they cook a lot of their food together and everything is fried together. I ordered a grilled chicken avocado bacon sandwich. It took 15 min for us to get our food and the place was empty!!! My chicken was hot, that was the only good thing. The lettuce was bad and the avocado had turned black, which tells me it had been sitting out for who knows how long. When I told my waitress about my issues she argued with me the went into the kitchen and told her boss how I was bitching about my food. I could hear her, that was what made me mad! Sorry to say I left NO tip, I started raising my voice to the manager letting him know how unprofessional his employee was and that we will never go back! Save your $$$! Go to Applebee’s!

Bad experience from the start. Salad bar was picked over and messy, waitress asked questions and did the opposite of our answers. Whole party sick the next day. Close this hazard down.

Most of the salad bar empty with the exception of brown lettuce, dead tomatoes, and a few pieces of diced ham floating in some liquid. Place pretty empty at a time it should be packed. Room temperature overpriced apps, food tasted like it was starting to turn. Home sick the next day. Wouldn’t go back.

So sad! I used to love this location. It was always packed, the service was good, and the food was consistent. Now everything seems to have gone down hill. I had stopped going to the location at the Galleria Mall when things started to fall apart. Then they built this brand new location over by 495. It was awesome! Any night of the week it was packed. Food was always in stock, and cooked well. About 1.5−2 years ago things really started to struggle. The wait staff seemed to stop caring. The food prep wasn’t as good. The salad bar started looking picked over, and definitely not fresh. Items i’m craving always seem to be out of stock. I drive a lot, so the curbside pickup was a great selling point for when I just wanted to go home, and not cook after a long day. Two times when I called someone picked up, and placed me on hold for over 10 minutes! I had to hang up, and call again. They do still seem to be very punctual. Food has always been ready when I arrived, and hot. Had a problem about a month ago with a burger I ordered. I asked for well done, it came still moving inside the bun. The server was very nice about it, she was great. She mentioned it to the manager, a young guy with glasses. His attitude completely turned me off. Gave me the impression that he had much better things to do than deal with a bloody burger. Noticed he deals with other customers the same way. So much potential at this location. I just wish someone from the corporate office would take notice and shake things up a bit.

I really don’t know why I even went to this place. I should have known better. Chain restaurant food. The salad bar was passable, but could have used a bit of freshening up. My food was edible. I did not get physically ill. That’s about all I can say. Nothing more. Service was okay, but not impressive. Everything was just sort of meh.

Awful service. Two friends and I went in for a late lunch, Sunday afternoon. No hostess was present. After 2 or 3 minutes, someone waiting on a table yelled over to us to sit at the bar. Well, we were in uniform, during a drill and did not want to sit at the bar. After telling her we needed a table, we were instructed to find one in the bar area. Now, there were about 8 tables of people in the whole restaurant, not very busy at all. After waiting 5 minutes or so with no acknowledgment whatsoever, and no bartender present, we decided to leave and go to Wendy’s next door. Terrible.

Don’t know what happened to this place, we had been regular customers after banning them several years ago at the Taunton mall. Waited 15 minutes for waitress, 25 minutes for drinks and waited one hour for a cold meal, then another 20 minutes for our complementary desert. Manager did not address problems, he did come by with my mothers hot mashed potatoes for a split second stating plate is hot as he passed by quickly not addressing our complaint about overcooked steak and my cold meat loaf that did take 1 hour to actually get, yes so I just ate it as the waitress was nowhere to be found No toilet paper in stalls and no paper towels in ladies room. Men’s room Paper towels where scattered all over sink. Loud bar crowd over enjoying Bruins playoff win. r0n… :(

Went here for lunch this week with co-workers. Let’s start with the hostess/greeting which took 5 minutes. They were not busy but appeared to have no staff. Finally greeted by young hostess who was miserable and obviously didn’t want to be here. We were seated and greeted quickly by a very personable waitress. She got drinks and took orders in reasonable time. It was clear that they were getting busy and were grossly understaffed for waiters/waitresses. 3 out of 4 of us got the salad bar. All lettuce bowls contained wilted lettuce throughout… very unappealing. Pasta salad plates remained empty with remnants in them. A broccoli mix, and the apple salad was good. I also ordered a bacon cheese burger, medium well. It came out after almost 40 minutes. It was cooked fine, lettuce was wilted and roll was stale. Overall not good. It was a painfully slow service although it didn’t appear to be the fault if the waitress. She did her best. Won’t be back.

It’s a chain restaurant with chain prices and chain quality food. In the past I use to like this place but then they cheaped out on the quality of the food and raised the prices. The only drinks not watered down from the bar are the bottled beers.

I have been here several times, and I used to love it. They have a very good salad bar. Not many places even have them anymore. The sliders were my favorite, but the last time I tried them they were not very good. Last night, they were not even on the menu. The fried shrimp and onion rings that I tried last night were just like they came from a microwave in a frozen dinner. I was very disappointed. The décor is great and even though it was crowded, you could carry on a conversation. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food quality has slipped. Too bad.
