Very expensive! Breakfast for 4, takeout from a deli cost us $ 40 and change. Nice staff though and very clean. Food was good but not for the hefty price.

Split a Reuben. Glad we did because the sandwiches are Hugh. Good food. Did not eat dessert but I was told they are made in house. Look delicious. Nothing fancy here, but food is good at a good price.

Loved this place and the food! The staff were so friendly and helpful, made suggestions and told us about the daily specials. The shop has a very cool vibe with all the old Coke memorabilia on the walls. Very handy that you can get it to-go. Planning on going back this morning for breakfast. Although they don’t serve«breakfast» food, I could eat the stone crab soup anytime day or night. We also got 2 hot sandwiches, the pulled pork on Italian and a turkey & ham on multigrain. They were huge!(Wish I hadn’t of been so hungry and forgot to take the photo) and delicious, the pulled park had the best flavour. The soup came with really yummy cornbread and crackers. All in all it was just over $ 30 and worth every penny!

Clam chowder was good. The meatball sub was amazing! The meat to bread ratio was a bit underwhelming my husband and I split a sub, but the flavors were impressive! Very clean and service was friendly! Over all A lovely dining experience!!!

Our company has had many large lunches and breakfast meetings at Chad’s. Breakfast is Breakfast and difficult in my opinion to ruin. We have asked our sales reps who buy the office staff lunch to get it from Chad’s. I ordered the Tuscan Pasta Salad for lunch, 7.95 which you can add boneless chicken wings to for an additional 3.95 My salad was brought back to the office with a receipt for 20.00!!! I called and the woman that answered the phone(the same one that took the order on the phone) was rude and snippy when taking the order and consistent when I called to express my shock at the price. She informed me that SHE placed the order for separate boneless chicken wings… the appetizer portion.(9.95) Aside of the expensive order for a lunch salad, the pasta was obviously the end of the barrel. All crumbs and bits and pieces. There are an abundance of choices for food in the keys and for another 8.00 I could have enjoyed a sit down dinner at Lazy Days with a huge piece of awesome grouper topped with the largest crab cake you’ve ever seen and dressed in FRESH Bearnaise sauce! Instead I got a Styrofoam box full of pasta scraps, over priced boneless chicken wings with a healthy portion of rude attitude! NOMORECHADS in MY future!

First of all, my husband had to park slightly crooked(not quite perpendicular to the curb) since the car next to him pulled in at an angle and didn’t correct. So Chad, the owner, while we were eating, says loudly in front of everyone, right to my husband, says«nice parking job buddy.» What a jerk! It wasn’t my husband’s fault; it was the guy who was too lazy to park properly. We’ve never been back. We have friends that say they don’t eat there because of the rude treatment they get from him and the staff. And you can get better food at better prices at other establishments around here.

I’ve been here more times than I could possibly count during my trips to the Keys. Fair prices, welcoming atmosphere, and of course amazing food. They make a staggering variety of different dishes. Try the hot Italian sub, you can’t go wrong!

You got to get the fresh guacamole. Great pizza, great takeout Italian.(The pot roast was a little salty but still very good.) I live in southern Key Largo and I choose this over tower of pizza.

Well-run restaurant business, fair priced, large portion and exquisitely crafted dishes. Our party went back twice to get food from them. Soups selections are amazing and all of them made to order. As busy as this place, orders are fast. Love this business model where owner pays attention to this. Lastly even their key lime pie is better than most, highly lime favored sorbet slice, makes you feels not guilty to have more than couple bites. Key west’s travelers must stop-by, drive-by, snack-on for this underrated joint. I even went down to sundowner for dinner and had to come back to take out from this place, the food i ordered from Sundowner not even comparable. Not to mention, for half the priced. Owner Chad is friendly and accommodating. I wish there is more this amazing local business model instead of big corporate franchises. Highly recommend their soups and subs!

Liz, our server, was fantastic as was our meal. I had the veggie-paloza omelet with the marble rye toast… that was the best marble rye I’ve ever had. Perfectly toasted, soft and spongy on the inside, delicately crisp on the outside. The omelet had the correct balance of veg and egg. Delicate but filling. We will come back the next time we’re in the keys. Thank you Liz!

We had a wonderful lunch at Chad’s one weekday afternoon. It was completely based on Unilocal reviews and we could not have been happier. The service and food could not have been better. In particular, we loved all the soup options and this definitely was one of their strong suits. Here was a list of our food: Croissant Sandwich — «delightful» according my daughter Stone Crab Soup — decent, but not the hit of the party. Calzone — HUGE, my son and I split it and we still could not eat even half of it. For $ 16, this was a delicious bargain. Lobster Chowder — the hit of the party, part cream, part tomato base, with big chunks of lobster. Blue Burger — another delicious dish according to my wife. All in all a very successful outing.

5 stars for this cute little restaurant! We came here for lunch after deciding not to wait for a table at the very busy Made 2 Order. Being a crab aficionado, I have never tried stone crab before and decided to try the stone crab soup. I also had the Italian cold sub. My husband ordered the boneless chicken wing salad chipotle style. The soup was amazing. So good! Very much like clam chowder, but not thick or chunky. Very tasty with nice sized pieces of crab. I could eat a small barrel of this soup. The sandwich came out with one half wrapped to go which can was nice because it was too large for me to even finish one half. So delicious! They make all of their bread fresh and in house. Really makes the difference for this sandwich. My husbands salad was fresh, largely portioned, and well seasoned. Oh, and the lady at the register was super nice! Over all a great place to have lunch with tons of menu options. It reminded us of a NY/NJ style pizza parlor. You won’t regret eating here!

As many other reviews mention, the owner and manager of this restaurant practices horrible customer service. It is very unfortunate. We were regulars, ordering take-out nearly every weekend, but there was only so much abuse we could take from the inexplicably rude owner. My family and I will never return as a result. I should also warn that, based on our experiences, the owner is particularly rude to female customers. It is also particularly annoying the way the owner always takes issue with any order made after 8pm since they close at 9pm. If you don’t want to take orders after 8pm, then close at 8pm.

Excellent. This restaurant was recommended by friends who are from Tavernier and when locals eat at a restaurant you know it’s great! The baked wings are delightful and the pizza was fantastic. I had a Cobb salad and the ranch dressing was one of the best I’ve had.

Sandwiches here are pricey, mostly because they are big enough for 2. Bleu cheese burger was good lots of melty bleu cheese., pulled pork sandwich was tasty. The style is cool, coke yay! Seems like a good choice when you aren’t in the mood for sea food in the keys.

Driving around the Keys for food is a crapshoot. You can get stuck somewhere that sucks or you can end up in an awesome Coca-Cola decorated Pizza/Bakery spot like Chads. We had a long day in the sun & just wanted to avoid the risk of trying something blind. With a ton of solid 4 star reviews we saw Chads & decided that many Unilocalers can’t be wrong! We walked in, were greeted instantly by the man himself, Chad. We got a booth & perused the menu. We quickly spotted some garlic cheesesticks & red pepper gouda soup. I ordered an ice cold Coke & walked around to take a few photos. I spoke with Chad for a few minutes & told him how cool it was to see such an extensive Coca-Cola collection. The apps came & they were great. We ordered a small pizza to share, half bacon & half pepperoni with BBQ sauce instead of marinara. When it arrived the waitress explained how they use a few small olives on the edge of the crust to mark where the toppings are seperated. This was a nice touch. The pizza arrived & it was pretty good. The toppings were plentiful & fresh. On the way out make sure to check out the little bakery section they have HUGE cookies & rice krispy treats. Overall, the place is clean, the staff is friendly & attentive, the food is good, the menu has plenty of choices & there’s not a single Pepsi in sight! My kind of place. I can definitely see myself stopping here again to try some other stuff on the menu during my next Keys trip.
