Mike’s Sailing Charters

We were recommended by the owners of the resort we were staying at to snorkel with Mike and Jen. We got very lucky and had the whole catamaran to ourselves for the morning. Mike brought us to unchartered reefs and the sea life was amazing. It was avery relaxing and unique experience. It was exactly what we were looking for. On the way back we go to see dolphins and sea turtles up close as they swam along the boat. It was a great way to cap off an unforgettable trip.

Captain Mike and his first mate (and wife) Jen are extremely knowledgeable and are also great people. I went diving with a group of friends last weekend and would highly recommend Mike’s Sailing Charters to anyone looking for a great experience.
The boat is a nice new catamaran that has lots of space and everything you would ever need, including a compressor to fill your tanks in between dives. If you don’t have your own gear, you can rent everything from them. The rental gear appeared to be brand new.
We had originally made a reservation to dive on Friday morning however when we got to the boat, captain Mike informed us that the weather and visibility would be much better the next day. He gave us the option to go as planned, or wait til the next morning. We chose to wait and came back at 6am on Saturday. Sure enough, the weather was clear and conditions were perfect for diving. We went out and had a great time (I got sea sick and puked my brains out a little bit, but still).
