I have given up shopping here. They never have anything I want. Their electronic section(DVD’s etc…) is a joke. The groceries are over priced, and they have nothing new or what I, personally would like. The lines are terribly long and slow. The store is dirty and It always smells like weed. This Kmart needs to go.

Not that my expectations of k-mart are high to begin with, but this is probably the most disgusting Kmart I’ve ever been to. I went here with my boyfriend to return a ton of bottles we had and it’s the closest store to our house. The bottle return center was so disgusting that it probably hasn’t been touched since 1986. They also don’t have a sink or hand sanitizer for you to wash your hands! There is always like… 2 people on the registers and one at customer service. The manager never seems to be found anywhere. It also just really surprises me that this store could even possibly still be in business. It’s disgusting and dirty and is never purchase fruit or food that’s out in the open. This place is crusty and dusty lmao I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I care about.

This is one of the few remaining Big Kmart stores in the area and I truly enjoy shopping there! The store is very clean and the employees are extremely friendly and professional. They ALWAYS have deals between sales on items, coupons, and Shop Your Way Rewards that can bring the price down substancially lower than even the most inexpensive competition. Give this store a try if you want to get cash back on groceries, you’ll be glad you did.

I hate this store! It’s dirty & yes the workers are all lazy & slow. I called there a couple wks ago to see if they had a particular cardigan sweater for my daughter. And the lady that answered the phone asked me what I was looking for & I told her. Then doesn’t bother to ask what size or color. And tells me to hold on. Then I get put on hold for a long time. Only for someone else who sounded just like her to answer & do the same thing. Then my call gets answered by someone in a different department. And that person puts me on hold forever. Finally I just hung up. I realize it’s Christmas season & they are probably getting a lot of calls. But I haven’t had any issues with any other store this season. Also the young lazy cashier that rang up my mother & my stuff the day after Thanksgiving was terrible. She was moving ridiculously slow. My mother had to use the restroom very bad. And I kept telling the cashier that. And she just kept moving slow as she could. And it looked like she didn’t know how to do her job. She had no idea how to ring up the items i purchased. And she was very disrespectful.

Very big store with friendly staff. Those are two things that usually don’t match, but they do here. The layout however is somewhat easy and somewhat confusing, the pharmacy and HBC are in the back, but other than that its easy to navigate. Wish the few Kmart’s that we have left in Southwest Michigan were this nice.

This is the slowest place ever! The cashiers are all either slow or slower because they want to have a 15 minute conversation with every customer. Just want to run up there real quick to pick up one thing? Don’t count on it! You would get back home quicker if you drive to Meijer and back. The store is filthy and I feel uncomfortable every time i went there. I won’t shop here ever again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have never had customer service this bad. There was a line at least 12 people long for returns with one person on registers while other employees were just standing around. When asked if they were going to have someone else on register they replied yeah and walked away, without anyone else comin on register. Then, when we finaly did get up to the register, Matt, the associate gave us attitude like we had done something to him. Not to mention the lazy people at the front of the store who took up all of the motorized scooter shoping carts. They were not injured and sat there after watching me walk in on crutches. And more then once a manager walked passed them without saying anything. I will never go to this store again it is discusting.

Like a lot of people, I do most of my shopping online. A lot of companies(Kmart included) have the option for«free store pick-up». This convenience is the only reason I’d ever go to a K-mart. Sometimes they have excellent deals on their website and I’ll choose free store pick-up because I don’t want to pay for shipping. The store is a ghost town most days, and the employees that man the customer service area have been less than willing to do their jobs(and don’t even think about them smiling). On my last visit, I learned you no longer have to go to the customer service counter to pick up items. Now, the protocol is that you wait in a checkout lane and have the cashier run and pick your things up. This is an awful idea because when I have 3 orders to pick up and the cashier is gone for ten minutes getting my stuff and there’s a line behind me… no one understands the delay. Horrrrriibbbllleee.
